    **** ***** responded to my request for an estimate to repair/ rebuild a 24 ft long fence between my property and the back neighbor. He scheduled an afternoon meeting at a time I requested and arrived on time. We went over what I needed to be done and my requirements and preferences and agreed to meet the next day to show me what he came up with. The next day he again arrived promptly and clearly explained his thoughts with a simple draft together with measurements and clear explanations of his reasoning, together with the estimated cost of the project. I was somewhat under pressure to complete this work as the neighbor had asked that I deal with it because the old fence had apparently failed due to a problem on my side. So I verbally gave **** the go ahead to commence work a couple of days later. I could easily observe from the photos he showed me of completed projects that Hugos work is highest quality, best materials, aesthetic oriented level full service. On reflection, since my job was more basic maintenance oriented for a rental property and on a restricted budget , I felt that I didnt want to entail the extra expense, though well deserved, of the higher quality level of work that **** offered. On the very day work was scheduled to start, I told **** of my decision even though I knew he and his crew were on site, ready to start. I apologized and offered to pay for his time and expenses up to that point. **** put me immediately at ease, refusing any payment and stating his total understanding of my feelings, as always in my dealings with him, in a relaxed calm demeanor. Although I ultimately did not hire him for this job, I consider **** to be the ultimate contractor in his knowledge, craftsmanship, and especially kindness and empathy for his clients and potential clients, and the sometimes difficult situations that they might encounter. Should someday I have a project requiring his high level of skill and expertise, **** will be my only call.

    Olives Construction team worked on upgrades on our house. They replaced the carpet with hardfloor, rebuilt the 2 bathrooms with new furniture and tiles, replaced the fireplace tiles, fixed issues with the plumbing and replaced a rotten door.Their attention to detail and professionalism is on point, they made sure we are completely happy before finishing the job.We 100% recommend Olives Construction for any job in our house, and for sure we'll contact them for our next project.

    Mr. **** ***** (Olive Construction, LLC.) and his crew did the electrical upgrade at my house, replacing the old main panel with a new one, did all the switches and outlets to comply with code and to make the house safer for my family. Mr. ***** and his crew were very professional, prompt, courteous and honest throughout the whole process. Most importantly, he was so patient in explaining what needed to be done legally to update the electrical system. The excellent job that was done by him is very much appreciated. I certainly recommend him to do any electrical job (or any construction job that hes licensed for) to anyone who needs his expertise in all phases of construction.

    I’ve had Mr. Solis do three building projects for me over the past few years- 1) framing, hanging and finishing a complex sliding door to divide two parts of a house; 2) rebuilding a set of outdoor stairs at an apartment building, and 3) widening a part of my kitchen to accomodate a larger refrigerator.
    Each time he has worked for me, he has impressed me as a careful, communicative, honest and straightforward worker. A lot of contractors will try to chisel you after starting a project; by contrast Mr. Solis always worked with me to keep costs down, kept his receipts, and stuck to his committed price. He was always on time and a very meticulous worker. Overall, exactly the kind of guy you hope to find when you want to get a job done right at a reasonable cost.
