            Received a box from hint water never ordered it do not have any emails about it never heard of the water until I received the package. Package states Flexport *** . Called hint water left voicemail and emails to their contact they do not respond . I need the water removed and I did not purchase this item.Its a fraudulent company.

            My husband and I both enjoyed HINT water so I sent some to a friend. That's how I learned how horrible their customer service is! It's been over two weeks and just got a response yesterday, which was copies of my phone messages and a case number. Not one word from anyone at the company. All their email responses are generated by a computer.Sad, but we won't be buying from this company again. My credit card company credited me for the undelivered product and they will get things worked out under the dispute I filed with them. I'm done trying.
