Solo haban pasado 11 das desde la recepcin y 13 desde la compra.Tras varios correos explicando lo sucedido, me recomendaron suspender mi rutina cosmtica habitual (La *****-Posay Tolerance) y usar solo un gel conductor que me enviaran gratuitamente. Tengo 49 aos y mi piel necesita cuidados especficos que ese gel no proporciona. Adems, no considero razonable dejar de usar productos testados y compatibles con mi piel sensible para seguir empleando un dispositivo que ya me ha causado daos evidentes.30 *******: Les envi otro correo insistiendo en mi deseo de devolver el producto. Est en perfecto estado, con su embalaje original. Solo lo he usado tres veces y no deseo seguir usndolo. Desde entonces, no he recibido respuesta.Adjunto a esta reclamacin:Captura de la compra realizada en su web.Fotografas ******* en la piel.Captura de su web donde se indica que el dispositivo es apto para piel con roscea (yo tengo piel sensible, no roscea; de tenerla, el dao podra haber sido mayor).Dado que la empr*** ha c***do la comunicacin y no ofrece una solucin satisfactoria, solicito la devolucin del importe abonado y la posibilidad de devolver el dispositivo en perfecto estado.

    I received the **** Halo for Christmas last year (2023). About 6 months after I received the product, it began sporadically "glitching" when I used it. i.e., it would be fully charged, but when I used it, it would shut off in the middle of a treatment. I figured it was a simple "restart the device" issue so didn't think much of it. I began having to re-upload the firmware almost everytime I used in order to get it to work. The issues became more frequent as the weeks went on. As of the end of September, the device stopped working completely. When I turn it on, it shuts off after about 10 seconds. No amount of restarting and/or reinstalling firmware will help anymore. I've reached out to **** customer service at least three times via email over the past 6 weeks, but I haven't received a response.

    I'm writing to complain that this company is selling defective products and refusing to provide a resolution to their customers. The item syncs with the app initially but didn't provide any current or syncing with a treatment plan - I emailed customer service to try and resolve it and they gave me no walkthrough or troubleshoot guide only to tell me that it's likely a device issue and made me answer some questions but won't provide a new product since I did receive the item as a gift and I don't have the warranty information. I just want the product exchanged - they have a history from their Amazon reviews that there's a bunch of defective products. The product was not used even more than twice.

    I purchased a ZIIP Halo on April 18, 2024 and the conduction gel for $454.15. I received the products and began using them. On July 16th, 2024, I sent a message with photos to their customer service department, stating the device was not functioning properly, as it goes through the cycles faster than the guiding videos it is paired with. To date, I have not received a response on refunding the Halo product.

    The company has received my returned and settled my complaint. I returned the product and received a full refund.

    I placed an order on 10/23/2023 and received ziip halo not in the perfect condition and I contacted the company on 11/13/2023 to initiated a return. It has been 2 weeks and they did not send me a return label, nor provide any updated me on this return. How can I return the item and receive a refund?
