      I'm very sorry you are experiencing an issue with your Circle. Per our email conversation I have ordered a set of replacement filters for you free of charge. If this does not resolve the issue please contact me directly for further resolution.

      I wish I had checked these reviews before purchasing my Circle Reverse Osmosis Filter. The product worked reasonably well for almost 2 years (cost $500+ plus twice-annual replacement of filters for $60)....until it didn't. The unit started leaking, which we only found because of a minor flood under the kitchen sink. It took two weeks of phone calls and emails to receive instructions on how to remove the cover and to identify where the leak was occuring. At that point, I was informed that the "shell" needs replacing -- the "shell" turns out to be the entire unit, minus the removable filters (read: the entire product failed). It then took ONE MONTH of pestering and prodding their customer "service" team to finally get a product shipped. I asked repeatedly for a discount and/or complementary shipping to make up for the delay and hassle, and I was either told "no" or just ignored. During the entire process, I was treated in a less than human manner -- clearly, I'm a bank account and nothing more to this company. On top of that, after all of the delays, I decided to post honest reviews to their website and received an email saying I was out of warrantee...and the review never appeared on their website (meaning you cannot trust their reviews)I am not very confident that I will receive the replacement part, or that it will last more than a year or so. Obviously, I will never buy a product from them again.

      On behalf of Brondell, I want to apologize for the level of service you received during your recent trouble with your Circle Water Filtration System. We strive to provide world-class customer support at **********************, but unfortunately, we missed the mark **** and I'm really very sorry about that. I also apologize for the delay in shipping your replacement shell, we were regrettably out of stock for a few weeks during our recent office and warehouse move.Please note that we issued a refund for the shell on March 8. Hopefully you have seen it reflected on your statement by now. I also checked the tracking, and it looks like ***** delivered the replacement shell today. If you experience any further issues or have any questions, please follow up with us directly as we are **** to help.Again, I hope you'll accept our apologies, and thank you for providing the feedback. It was difficult to read, but, in our quest for improvement, necessary for us to hear as we look to improve our policies and processes.

      I have 4 brondell products at home, 2 air purifiers, 1 bidet seat and 1 water filtration unit. All my products are very reliable. I have contacted customer service a few times to ask questions about filter replacements and installations both times they have been fast to respond and very helpful. ******* is one of my favorite companies.

      I have a Brondell Circle reverse osmosis water filter system. It performed excellent for 2 1/2 years. I contacted customer and the response was great. I purchased a new shell and installed. There is a leaking issue with the new shell. My customer service experience this time was unacceptable. I was asked to perform numerous tests, video them and send the video to Brondell. I tried to get them to send a new shell ($30 (the cost to the consumer) + approximately $30 shipping charge) but they refused and simply asked for more tests. After finally discovering the problem, a leaking valve, I was further insulted when asked if I had properly seated the hose. They did everything possible to avoid replacing the shell. The final resolution is they are sending me a new "valve" instead of replacing the system. I have now been dealing with this for close to a month. **************** is just a name. They only service the interest of the company, not the customer.
