    On January 26,2024 oxygen bank allowed a perpetrator to change my information and drain my checking account they never asked for any identity verification from them but they did me they closed my accounts down and saying they found no error but see these transactions took place in *********** Florida and I live in *************.

    On 7/25/22 I received an email with the subject "Exclusive Oxygen offer for PointCard members" that offered $110 when meeting certain qualifications. Specifically, "Get $10 when you open an account. Get $100 more when you receive a payroll direct deposit of $250 or more and make 5 debit purchases within 60 days."I received a direct deposit on 8/17/2022 and met the 5 debit purchases on 8/26/2022, well within the 60 day limit. I have reached out to Oxygen multiple times and initially received this response: "Unfortunately, after a review of your account, we have determined that the transactions do not qualify for the promotional offer(s) and you will not receive the cash bonus. For more information, please see the terms and conditions."I referred them to the terms and conditions and asked what I did wrong, and on 11/28/2022 their response was "The transactions on your account do not qualify you for the promotional offer. The terms state that Oxygen reserves the right to modify the reward offer terms or terminate the Referees eligibility at any time with or without prior notice."So to recap, at first they said I don't meet the terms. After pointing out that I followed the terms, they refused to share more info about the terms and instead said they could deem me ineligible at any point in time.

    On Sept. 9, *************************************************** the mail. There was absolutely no documentation or information enclosed in the envelope.I tried to call the phone number on the card, but they were closed for the weekend.On Monday morning, Sept. 12, at 10 AM I called and talked with representative "M" (I asked and that is how she spelled her name). She told me I might be a victim of identity fraud and to contact the credit companies, which I had done. I told her to cancel the account. I asked her when the credit card was initiated and she said the request was on Aug 28 online, but she had no other information. I asked if ****** sends out cards unsolicited and she could/would not answer. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She put me on hold, was gone a considerable time, then came back to the phone and said the supervisor would call me back.After I ended my call to Oxygen, I spoke with my financial advisor who told me to get a written statement from Oxygen stating the account had been closed. On Sept. 12, 2022 I sent both an email and a letter to Oxygen requesting confirmation that the account had been closed.Today is Sept. 23, 2022 and I have not had a return call from a supervisor to answer the question if ****** sends out unsolisited cards, I have not had a written response to my email or my letter to confirm that the account has been closed.
