            On Juno has been holding my money from me now for over 2 years, I received my ppp loan of $22,000+ and still had over $19,000 when my account was frozen. I have provided them numerous times with everything they ask for as they keep claiming that they will be sending it back to the originating source but never do, and then they said they would send a check but the next day they said they wouldn't send a check and closed my account so I can't access it at all anymore but they kept my money and made it so I cant communicate with them like I was. Because of this my loan which would have been forgivable, now is not and I'm going to have to pay it back but never actually got the money because onjuno stole it from me. Please help please they caused me to temporarily go out of business due to this. They need to return my money to me.

            My mother was hacked, the hackers opened up a Juno account in her name. The only contact method for this company is email. They wanted her to a video with a ************** date, saying she did not authorize the account. When I refused, they only way they said they would close the account was with a photo and piece of paper. This is the most insane ask, especially after someone was just hacked. They refused to close the account, even though we have filed police reports, frozen accounts and everything. I would NEVER trust this company.
