  Mercury bank closed my account for literally no reason at all and is trying to keep 39k of my money. This bank is a complete scam

  Stay away from banking with Mercury. Out of nowhere I received an email informing me that my account would be closed in two weeks and to get all my money out of there and make arrangements to change all my auto pays etc. no explanation, nothing. Do not trust this bank at all. Dont risk your small or large business falling victim to Mercury. Stay away from Mercury! Your business can do a lot better somewhere (anywhere) else.WalkingTheYard LLC

  Mercury Technologies closed by account on Jan 19, 2024 without citing any reason. The account had about $200,000 in it at the time of time. 5 months later, I am still waiting for my money to be returned back to me. No one at Mercury replies to call or email, has ever cited a reason for holding the money for 5 months.

  SCAM ALERT !! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM .Account closed out of the blue, no reason given. I didn't even use the account for a week or so and they closed it so it's not like a fraudulent charge or transaction was the trigger, I'm in real estate I used this account for rent payments and a few other services related to my real estate business nothing more.. the money I had on it won't be released, give yourself a favor do not trusted nice leek design this is not a bank this is a messy, very sketchy tech company. Do your research before opening an account, we have warned you !

  You will lose your money. If you have to open an account here, do not keep more than what you can afford to lose. I had a business account with ********************** which was suddenly closed down. Reasons were not cited. At the time of the closure, I had around USD ******* in the account. I never got back that money till date. It had been 8 months since.In the meanwhile Mercury acted shamelessly and did not respond to my emails. I wrote 20 some emails to them, one every week. This company somehow managed to run a financial business with no accountability and oversight.I have reached out to the ***************************** center and ************************************ (CFPB) to seek help. If you are in the same trap as I am, you can try writing to them and god bless your business. If you are not in this trap, do not step into it and allow yourself to get robbed.Getting a bank account is not that important to you that you can afford to lose all the money in it.

  Do not trust Mercury Bank. I have been going around circles trying to sign into my account and no matter what I do, (create a video, get the authenticator, etc.. I am still not able to login, plus there aren't any benefits to Mercury. It is the worst bank, and bank account I have ever had. Don't do it, run!!!

  Small startups beware of Mercury. One of our European customers sent a wire transfer on October 21st, and as of Nov 4th, we are still waiting to receive the funds. They did a trace, and the money made it to Mercury. No phone support, so email is the only option. Their Auto-reply message says we should receive a response in 2 to 3 days. Once we finally received a response, they confirmed that they were having issues and hoped to have it resolved - some day. Meanwhile, I can't pay my vendors.
  
  This is on top of their botched transition to a new payment vendor a month ago. They canceled all physical and virtual debit cards and reissued new ones. So, we had no physical debit card until the new one was received a week later, and all of our automated payments with vendors were declined because the number changed. So, I'm left with 30 vendor systems to update manually and no money to pay them. Thanks Mercury Bank!

  Complete scam! They cancelled our debit card multiple times due to "Maintenance" on their company. This has left us without any way to pay for our parts and caused major issues for the company.Checks take almost a month to clear. After over a year with the company we have no explanation as to why checks take so long to clear. Checks cannot be deposited to to their "Network issues". We have to deposit checks multiple times in order for them to recognize. DO NOT USE MERCURY!

  Avoid using Mercury!We had thousands of dollars fraudulently charged to our card and after weeks of back and forward and providing all the necessary evidence, Mercury told us they can not do anything about this since our account is a commercial product and we had to get this resolved ourselves with the merchants where our card was fraudulently charged.As an early stage business owner this is incredibly stressful and takes time away from your business, just know you will get know support NO from Mercury, their support and service is broken and beyond awful.You will be better off using an established financial services provider instead.

  The bank ****. They hold your money I did an ACH transfer from another bank. It's been 7 days, and these dummies are still holding my money. And they said it would be available by the sixth. It's not like wtf
