    I have been a subscriber to Hero Bread for a year or so. I have attempted multiple times to access my account to cancel the regular delivery of bread. It is impossible to contact the company. There is no working telephone number. I tried to update my account password on line but their website password reset function is not working. I tried texting and emailing to no avail as there has been no response. In the meantime they continue to attempt to charge my credit card. This is an example of horrible business practices. I just want them to cancel my account and stop charging my card. My next step is to contact my credit card issuer.

    We have received only 1 email from the consumer on 11/22/24 and responded that same day. The consumer requested help with resetting his password, and we provided step by step instructions on how to do this. We never received any requests to cancel his subscription. Upon receipt of this complaint, we have canceled Mr. ******* subscription and issued him a refund for the most recent order. We have also called and left him a voicemail.

    I have received a call from the company. Any response from the company was not received by me, however I am grateful for the resolution and will reach out to thank them.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    On October 25, 2022 I ordered two loaves of bread from HERO BREAD ** for $27.00. Unfotunately, I did not check the ingredients until after the order and noticed there was an ingredient I cannot take. I contacted the company the same day to cancel the order. They sent me a text and said order was canceled. Not so, I received the bread. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and that they would look into it. Thank you for your assistance.

    We have no record on our end of the customer's cancelation request. With this said, we have honored their request in the form of a refund. The refund was processed today (11/3).  We attempted to attach a screenshot of the proof of cancelation, however, the attachment feature is not currently working.
