I got side swiped by another party so I had aaa tow my vehical to bee automotive were they were supposed to give me an estimate of the damages which they did how ever once my attorney contacted they to give them all the information for the insurance they then stated I owed them ****** dollers in storage fees for about 2 weeks of storing the vehical and said I could not have it back till that was paid my attorney said no that was never discussed or agreed apon so we are going to pick car up and have it fixed else we're but they would not let me have it when I got there ..I have been calling them and trying to get my vehical returned for about 10 months I just found out that they had taken it to a parking lot were they asked a man to store it and the would pay him they never did ..instead this man stated to me that they gave him my car and told him to do what he wants with it .he then fixed it and sold it to a friend of his ..the lady contacted me and said she wanted to give me my car back and she would have him pay her ..however the next day she said that the gentalmen stated no I had to give him $5000 to get it back..there was never any paper work done on this transaction because it was only an estimate and no agreement because we wanted to go else we're to have it fixed ..no I am out a car and still fighting them to give me my vehical back ..please help all they keep texting me is I don't have your f****** car go f*** myself..
