    They do not honor the contract they put forth. Beware of being ran in circles not reliable horrible customer service.

    The worst service I have ever had. I have been trying to get in touch with ****** since September 3, 2024 but she's never in the office and I paid for the insurance, and now that I need it, i have not been able to use it!!!!! I'm so hurt to know this is a **** company. I see why people don't get insurance anymore!!!! I've been paying for something I can not even use!!!! Noblr is the worst....

    This company should not be recommended to vets. I am a 76 y/o, 100% Disabled Combat Veteran.During the recent storm I discovered a leak and stopped it before doing significant damage, it was a leaking moon roof. Very common. the next day the adjuster arrived and wrote up the estimate. The next morning I was at the dealership when, without real explanation the office adjuster for NOBLR told me not to let the dealership start the repair. In the middle of the storm I had to drive my car back home and park it with a tarp over the top. Each day I would ask about the estimate. I was never given an answer for the delay. Finally, after nearly a week and with a hurricane forming I took the car in for the repair that I paid for myself. I cancelled NOBLR the next day. Still without an explanation.I believe I had one score of 97 and all the rest, including the last was ***** and 100.

    To Whom It May Concern:We received your correspondence regarding ********************* claim. We appreciate the opportunity to respond. ************ reported a claim on August 6, 2024, of water leaking through his sunroof after heavy rain. We scheduled and completed an inspection of ************** vehicle. We notified Mr. **** on August 8, 2024, that coverage was under review. We completed our review and attempted to contact Mr. **** on August 12, 2024, to review our decision. We sent a letter to Mr. **** advising the damage was not covered due to mechanical failure. Subsequent review shows the Manager of Claims Operation left messages for Mr. **** on August 19, and August 21, 2024, without response. Allegations of no response to Mr. **** is unsupported.     When I was stranded at night on the side of a ramp going to a highway, imagine my surprise when I couldnt get through to Noblr! I called ********************************************* $175. Ive been going round and round trying to be reimbursed.. Ive been with USAA for 33 years and never had a problem. I was excited about this new department. However, Im immensely disappointed!

    I recently switched to Noblr for my car insurance in ********, and over the past few months I couldn't be happier with my decision - more than cutting my old auto insurance in half! Though they do offer a more limited menu of policy customization options than many competitors, which was not an issue for me.The pay as you drive feature and telematics rewards me for driving fewer miles, and driving safely. As someone who values responsible driving, I appreciate how Noblr rewards me for practicing good habits behind the wheel and for driving fewer miles.The user-friendly interface of the ********************** app also makes it easy to track my driving behavior and monitor my rewards. It's empowering to see my efforts to drive safely recognized and rewarded by my insurance provider.Overall, I highly recommend Noblr to anyone looking for affordable car insurance that rewards responsible driving, and does not drive a lot of miles.I cannot speak to the claims experience, as I have never filed a claim with them.

    They are the worst there app updated and they chargee the no app running fee which turned out to be an extra $250 I refuse to pay for there update mistake and not notifying me of the update trying to steal money it's like your renting your own vehicle being charged by the mile now there sending me collections on that I refuse to pay way to go s******* overs vets wish there was a minus score on here nothing but theives

    Have been with them since Oct 23. Good savings for those who drive low mileage. But their cell phone product quit working on one of our phones and they told us the phone was old and we needed a new one. Wonder why it worked for first five months? Will have to go back to USAA standard insurance.

    I have them about a year. It's a good Insurance. very resealable and reliable Insurance. I will recommend them. I canceled them because I dint drive much and very simple isue. And thier customer service is always at reach on reasonable time.

    Signed up with Noblr insurance (a USAA company) 5 days ago. They issued me a policy and took money from my account. I then found out that I had to have a SURVEILLANCE app on my smartphone which runs constantly in the background. When I asked about not having that, they said they could waive the requirement for an additional $2.65 PER DAY! Yesterday I found out that I'm "not eligible" for their insurance. Fine, please refund my money. It will take 3-5 business days AND they're charging me a cancellation fee! If you're in our armed forces, please do not do business with this company. YOU DESERVE BETTER!

    Ive only been with Noblr for a month, they are a USAA backed company so I foolishly trusted that they operated in the same manor that USAA auto insurance does. I was ran off the road in December 2022 and I filled a claim the next day with my police report as well for verification. I was told that I would have to take my vehicle to one of the shops that they work with for an estimate and that the repairs would not have to be done at that shop. Today the adjuster calls me and starts questioning me about incidents that my vehicle had when I wasnt even the owner, I specifically asked ******* what that had to do with me and my claim and she tried to give this lane explanation, I was also told during this same call that the shop that does my repair estimate is going to be the shop that repairs my vehicle, taking my choice away to get the vehicle repaired at a shop that I would be more comfortable. I had high hopes for this company but I honestly cant wait for my policy to be over so that I can continue my policy else where. This whole process has really made me regret getting a policy with them. I just didnt like how I was being questioned about things that had nothing to do with me owning the vehicle. Then I was told that she ran a report based off of the *** Number, which still doesnt sit well with me because the report has all previous owners on file that had the vehicle before me so its irrelevant to me. Like Im paying to utilize a service that they really dont want to allow me to use. Hopefully my next couple of months with them will be better but as of now I do not recommend this company.
