    SO glad I looked here first! The 5 star ratings are fake. These people are preying on poor people with low credit and it's disgusting. I really hope they get shut down and sued!!

    If I could give zero stars, I would. Kikoff is a total scam. They tell you that you'll pay into this credit builder account, and at the end of the year, you can withdraw the funds. It's a lie. I paid off my account at the beginning of July, and on my dashboard, it said "payable in 14 days." I waited the 14 days and checked, and now it doesn't say anything. I called, and all of a sudden, my account isn't a credit builder account; it's just a credit account, and it's a totally different story about how the credit builder account works. Then they tell me if I cancel, that money is just gone. This business needs to be shut down immediately. They are preying on poor people and literally lying to them. It's sick.

    This company completely mislead me into believing I'd be receiving money back after paying them for over a year. That's the only reason I signed up for this. Now, they are telling me that there's two different options and the one I signed up for is not for the refund. There was never a mention of this when I signed up. This is a complete scam and should be illegal. I would like a full refund.

    I’ve been a Kikoff customer since June 2022 and I’m extremely disappointed. After more than three years, I’ve seen no meaningful improvement in my credit score. Kikoff provides no transparency or proof that their service is actually helping.
    Despite clearly requesting to close my account, they auto-renewed it without my consent. Their customer service is nearly impossible to reach and completely unhelpful when you do.
    This feels like a predatory service, taking advantage of people trying to build credit while offering little to no real value in return. I do not recommend Kikoff Lending LLC to anyone looking for trustworthy credit support.

    The reviews are true, this company is scamming you!$20 a month, no record of it on ANY credit report.Can't cancel it till it's over (stuck for 1 year) or they will ruin your payment history over $10-$20 and FINALLY, they will report your missed payment, but not the fact you've been giving them $20 a month!?BEWARE, DEAL WITH CAUTION - BEST TO STAY AWAY!

    I wish I could give them less then a 1 star. I called them they could send me know proof that I opened an acct. I never brought anything from them they said I defaulted on *****. They put it on my credit and I offer to just give up and just give them *****. However,they informed me that they can't remove it. Although I never did business with them!!

    Kickoff is a scam, they tell you one thing. And do another. I'm still waiting for my money back from my savings. And my credit score only went up the first month. They are liars .

    I am unable to figure out how the app is even on my phon we and hsve nev r r used it. The messages and requests for money keep showing up on my phone anf I am being threatened with a bad credit review because I havnt paid thrm for a ******* loan I received. I have *** ever received a loan from them.

    *** had service with this company for over a year and I thought it was over . But no it seems that they have and automatically renew service. Mind you my contract was supposed to be over May ******* its May ******* so I tried to cancel it but couldnt. Plus this service really doesnt help you build credit its a rip off dont purchase.
