    I created an account with Play AI (an offshoot of Play HT) a little over a month ago and spent $20 dollars to begin a subscription. It is a service where you can use AI voices to make recordings for any reason. We wanted to use it to build automated messages for our phone system. I was able to use the system for the rest of that same day I started my subscription. A day or two later, I went to login to my account and was receiving an error message. Thinking it may have been my error, I sent myself a forgot password reset link. It never came through. I have done that four to five more times and it has never come through to my mail, junk, or spam. And it is the correct email as I received a receipt from them to the same email after creating my subscription. I proceeded to send an email to their support asking for assistance, as well as placing a ticket on their website. I received confirmation emails from both that my request was received and they would get back with me. It has now been FOUR WEEKS and I have not been responded to, despite sending 3 or 4 follow up emails and placing a new request to them that I also got a confirmation email for. They have no public phone number that works to reach anyone, and without being able to log in to my account, I cannot cancel the subscription.

    They offer voice over service, but can not provide the products they sell. Constant emails that they are sorry and development has been delayed. "Sorry, we are running late" is a regular reply for months.They know what they sell is not working, but still sell you that service. So many languages, just not working yet.The little that is working they dedicate so litte render power that you need ***** times to render before getting anything not even good. Each render is charged or counted for. I was not looking to finance their software development. I paid to be able to use the product. This has not been the case. I am not an investor in a software development. I pay to use it. As this is not possible I want my money back. I have wasted already extreme time for nothing. I demand a full refund.On October 16th they finally released play mini. and still not working. I had enough!

    I paid $348 for a one-year subscription to Studio Unlimited and canceled it within 24 hours of purchase. According to their website, all refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase, and the character usage has to be below 5000 characters. My refund request was made within 24 hours of purchase, and the character usage was below 5000 characters. However, they did not refund the money. I want them to refund $348. Please see the attached supporting documents.
