    I was billed $29.98 for two months after my free trial even though I did not use the service at all after the trial period ended (Invoice: PQWJPKXE-0003, Order: 2228-6054).I contacted Blackbox AI on the same day the second charge occurred and then repeatedly through email, listed phone numbers, and Reddit, but no one ever replied. I only received a response weeks later after messaging personal company email addresses, and now they are denying the situation entirely instead of checking their internal usage logs which would clearly show zero activity during the billed ********* bank has already offered to initiate chargebacks, but I want to formally report this case because of poor support, unresponsiveness, and misleading billing practices. I am requesting a full refund for both months and written confirmation that my account/subscription has been permanently closed to prevent any further unauthorized charges.
