      I purchased their pioneer device on June 19th and havent received it or even an update about it. I have emailed with zero response. This unacceptable.

      A ******* **** produced by a company called Bee was ordered on their website 4/30/25 and delivered to me 5/9/25. The order number was ****. I immediately decided I didn’t want it, never used it, and as there was a 30-day return policy, I contacted them via email to initiate the return and as below the return was accepted.
      "Return in progress
      May 17
      Your return was approved. We emailed you a return shipping label, or you will receive one soon."

      Using the mailing label they provided I sent it to Bee, *** **** **** ********* *** ********* ** 94109-2408 and per **** tracking below it was received by them 5/24/25 at 10:23 AM.

      To date there has been no refund of the $49.99 as promised. I have been unable to locate a phone number for the company but used all three emails I found as below to ask why no refund had been issued with no response to date.

      I returned the ******* **** to Bee on 5/24. 18 days later on 6/11 I received an email notifying me that the refund had been approved and today 6/13 the credit was posted to my credit card. This seems a very slow process. However complaint ID ******** is now resolved.
