"I called Appliances Giant on a Tuesday and explained my issue they said they could come out the next day and that their service call fee is *****, i agreed to the fee. When the technician got here, he check out the issue, my auto fill water pitcher and ice maker would not work, he did no diagnostic, he scanned my QR code inside the frig, and found the issue right away, he cleaned up the water and cleaned out the sensor for the water pitcher, its was in about 10 minutes, He never offered a repair, how could he, he never performed a diagnostic to relay the problem or have me approve the cost, and to go ahead and continue, that never happened !" ...
