    I reached out to dispute the charge with the Apple App Store, but was denied. I reached out to my bank, but they were closed today. I filed a complaint on the Readdle website and also sent them a video and pictures showing date and charges. I deleted and canceled the 7 day free subscription on day 1 of the 7 day free trial. If I had kept it, when they charged me yesterday, it would have only been day 5, 2 days early from their quoted 7 free days of trial. This is what I sent them below: Hello, I had downloaded the app to delete some typed info from a form then deleted the app and canceled the subscription on the first day of the 7 day free trial. This was on June 13th, 2025 that i downloaded, started the 7-day free trial, and also deleted the app and canceled the subscription. So, the 7 day free trial would have ended on June 20th, (tomorrow), if I had kept it, but got charged yesterday morning, June 18th, 2025. (Supposedly, day 5 of the 7 day free trial.) This is me telling you that I dont want your app, nor your subscription on day 6 of the supposedly 7 day free trial that I already cancel on June 13th, 2025. I dont want the app, nor the subscription, & I want a refund of $86.59 in the full amount taken out of my bank account. The info is also wrong in Apple App Store (which my family and I have had this trouble before) it says I deleted it May 30th, 2025 (which May 30th, 2026 is a year from that date) and isnt the correct date of deletion nor cancellation. I sent a short video of the three photos (attached below with the horse) of the form I altered and it shows the date of when it happened, as well as the other photos I attached below other photos in an email I sent to them.
