    Do not buy from Ruby Lane. Customer sold merchandise stated in working order, complete, nothing was true. Now can't get refund. Ruby Lane customer service does not stand by purchase. Seller wants me to claim through *** when merchandise was shipping damaged. Fraud!

    This site fully stands behind sellers who are scammers and will cheat you!! Ruby Lane talks the talk, but definitively,does not walk the walk. Their site is home to scammers, cheaters, liars!! The whole site is fraught with no ethics, no integrity!! They do not even have a functioning phone number! BUYER BEWARE!!

    I bought several items over the years from Ruby Lane. Now that I am starting to let go of some of my items, I started a Ruby Lane store of my own, just to be told the items I was trying to sell were fakes.... Well then why did they sell them to me as originals?
