Do not buy from Ruby Lane. Customer sold merchandise stated in working order, complete, nothing was true. Now can't get refund. Ruby Lane customer service does not stand by purchase. Seller wants me to claim through *** when merchandise was shipping damaged. Fraud!Review from Donna D

This site fully stands behind sellers who are scammers and will cheat you!! Ruby Lane talks the talk, but definitively,does not walk the walk. Their site is home to scammers, cheaters, liars!! The whole site is fraught with no ethics, no integrity!! They do not even have a functioning phone number! BUYER BEWARE!!Review from John P

I bought several items over the years from Ruby Lane. Now that I am starting to let go of some of my items, I started a Ruby Lane store of my own, just to be told the items I was trying to sell were fakes.... Well then why did they sell them to me as originals?Review from Dennis D

Attempted to start a shop on Ruby Lane. Was given a list of things I needed to change to get my shop opened. Most of which I can understand but they said I should have an average of 75 words to describe an item. I told them I did not have time to write 75 words for each item I have to sell. Was told "well you don't need 75 words but it's a good idea." I told them to cancel the review of my shop. Do yourself a favor and go to ***** Mercari, Poshmark or Etsy. They make it easy to setup a shop. Ruby Lane seems to think they are doing people a favor. RUBY LANE WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS AND WILL TAKE OUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I also don't like the response to some of the negative reviews from Ruby Lane. Remember who the customer is. We don't need **********************...
