      We hired Let's Move It Right to move our belongings from **********, ** to ******** (island of ****). We did a video visit with representative **** ******* and showed him the belongings we wanted moved. He provided an estimate via email and we agreed on the price. On the pick-up date, after everything was loaded into the truck, we were presented with a bill well in excess of the original amount and were advised by the driver to contact **** to discuss but he would not answer our calls or texts. When we finally were able to speak with someone from the company we were told "you could have told them to put the stuff back" as a remedy to the increased charges. This was not a practical or viable choice as we had given up the apartment we were living in and had plane tickets booked to leave a few days later. We were also told our items were going straight to the port to be loaded to the vessel, but in fact, they were taken to some warehouse and stored. Over the next several weeks we made multiple attempts to contact **** and the owner of the company to inquire where our items were and to discuss the charges without success. We were told no one was available to take our call, everyone was on vacation, etc. We were told our items were placed in storage because "we never gave permission for them to be shipped." We were told items were going to be available in "two weeks." But 3 weeks later it changed to they were never shipped. Every time we tried to get shipping information they refused to tell us the ship date or the name of the vessel. We asked for a tracking number and were denied, being told that information is "confidential." We were never contacted until our items were on Maui demanding payment of the remaining balance, in cash, in order to have our items delivered. The original bid was $5500 but was inflated to $8610. We were never given the opportunity to discuss this or come to any agreement or remedy.

      We hired Let's Move It Right to move our belongings from ******* to ******. Our stuff was picked up on 11/25/23 and we were told it would arrive in ***** business days. It is now 2/26/24 and we still have not received our belongings. We have been told a couple of different dates to expect our belongings, but have yet to receive them. According to **** at Let's Move it Right, our stuff has been in ******** since at least 2/7/24, but our container is on hold for some reason. He refuses to give us the container number so that we can follow up or even verify this information. We have spoken to Young ******** and ******, and they have told us that even if it is a shared container, the container number is NOT confidential. At this point, I feel like we have been lied to multiple times and that someone has clearly dropped the ball. I want the container number or tracking on my belongings ASAP, as this is completely ridiculous. We also had Let's Move it Right arrange the shipment of my car from ******* to ********. When I initially paid for this, **** asked if I could send the money through Zelle which no legitimate business should do, so of course I did not. Then after it was shipped, I noticed through my app for my car that it was in ******** and I was never notified. My husband called ****** and they said that it had been there for several days, but when I text **** he said that he had never been notified that it was available for pickup. **** quoted me $7 a day for ****** to hold my car after 3-4 days, but when we had it picked up we were charged nearly $350 just to have it released. We didn't even know it was available until 7 days after it arrived due to no communication and we certainly wouldn't have left it there for 2 more weeks if we had been given accurate quotes. I fully expect to be refunded for this difference. I also expect the container number and tracking for my belongings to be given to me ASAP.

      Ive been trying to get into contact about someone about my home goods that I shipped back in April. I have been told numerous dates of when it would arrive and I have still not received it yet. The past twelve times that I have called, I have not been given a clear answer on the arrival date or even someone to go over any of the details of my home goods with me.
