    I ordered from the Harry Potter Shop on December 26, 2024 and I have still not received my order that I placed. I received an automated email confirming that my order has been delivered but it was never delivered and received at my address. I contacted the business the same day I received the delivery email on December 28, 2024 to notify the business no package has been delivered yet and they still have not responded to multiple messages left for them on their only available option to contact them on their webpage. There is no reply from this business at all despite their automated email message to say they reply to inquiries within 5-7 days and it has exceeded that with no real response. Multiple complaints online have said this business is scamming people. At this point without any response from the business, Im out $119.96 without my order I paid for.

    I made a purchase from this company and was notified that part of it shipped out, and a few days later received delivery notice. There was a picture of packages on my doorstep but everything that arrived that day was workout equipment that my husband ordered. Part of the package was never even dispatched, although I was charged the full amount. I reached out to the company and they told me to notify the carrier, but the carrier told me to contact them. Ever since then I have been trying to reach out to the seller multiple times and have not received any response from them since they told to contact ****

    On July 9th I received an order I placed with The Harry Potter Shop online. When my order arrived, through no fault of my own, the majority of chocolate items were melted and ruined. I have time stamped emails and images showing I retrieved the box immediately when it was delivered and opened it. I contacted **************** to tell them that my items arrived melted/ruined. I offered to send them back in order to get a refund or for them to send me new items that were not melted/ruined. They wrote me back saying they would do neither of those options and "Currently, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for melted chocolates. Please note our warning regarding the possibility of our confectionery arriving melted in transit due to the hot weather conditions on each of our chocolates." Per *** regulations : "acts or practices involving the sale of merchandise which is damaged or defective or different from that ordered are unfair or deceptive...violate the *** Act." Selling products that are knowingly defective (or will arrive defective) is criminal. I want a refund or new (non-defective) products shipped to me.

    I placed an order Nov 24th and only part of my order was delivered to me on Nov 29th. I emailed Support on Dec 2nd. My case number is WB-*******. I explained that I only received part of my order. **************** responded on Dec 5th asking me if I received another package which I did not. I have not heard back from anyone since Dec 5th. This was a Christmas gift for my son. My Order# is HP-******. I am missing the hat and the gloves. I even emailed ************************************************ for issues with my order (It says to on the packing slip) and the email came back to me because domain does not exist.

    I received and was charged for two sweatshirts. I attempted to contact the company multiple times through their website. Each time I did I received a response from a division of the shop that said you need to contact the wizard shop and directed me back to the same website contact page. I would submit another request for the wizard shop and receive the same response. I send them screenshots and multiple pleas about the cyclical nature of their website preventing me from receiving a direct response about my issue. There was no phone number listed no other way to resolve my issue.

    Purchased the************************** Wand from ******************* Harry Potter store on 11/30/22 (order **********). It was given as a gift on 12/25. It does NOT work. It powers up and pairs to device, but when a child or an adult attempts to perform the "spells," it does not work. I sent a request to the company asking how to return the item, which supposedly has a 30-day return window. They've responded twice with information about how to "fix it" (which does not work) and have refused to honor my return request.
