      Do Not buy from HD Supply. I ordered a part on Nov.15,2024, was sent a email with tracking info but every time I tried it I got a oohps message that they could not find the tracking #. I called customer service on November 26th. and was told it was coming factory direct and had a estimate ship date of Dec. 22nd. I asked to cancel my order and I would buy through another supplier and get it within a week. He did so and provided me with a return #.
      The next day my package was delivered, but I had already ordered from another company, so I called and asked to have them return the item. I was told I would get charged a restocking fee. I said no, I was told yesterday it wouldn't be shipped until Dec 22nd and canceled the order so you can pick it up and take it back for a full refund or I'll keep the item if you give me a discount for the inconveniences you caused to me.
      They said they are not allowed to give a discount but would check with the supplier and see if they would allow a return with out a restocking fee and would notify me. Several weeks later no calls or emails from them and a truck shows up to pick the package up, I asked if I was getting a full refund, he didn't know & left the package. I called again & was told it was authorized & I would get a full refund so I said to pick it up again or give me a discount.
      Fast forward to 1st week of January 2025 & its still sitting here on my porch, no refund, no correspondences from them. I call again, was told it would be picked up & I would get a refund, I said if not then I will dispute the charge on my cc...3 weeks later still nothing so I deputed it and they didn't respond to the CC company so I got the credit. February 22nd they finally showed up to get it, now over 4 months its been sitting outside on my porch. They issue a credit now April 4th 2025 they email me saying I have a unpaid balance and need to pay before they take action. I called no resolution or call back yet again. Super frustrating!!

      Do not buy from them. We were sold a defective item that was out of warranty from manufacturer. Could not get my money back. They claimed they were not responsible.

      On 12/19/2023 I ordered two 22" vanity countertops and the matching endsplashes and endcaps to complete the project. I received it all and when I went to use it discovered that two of the endsplashes were the incorrect style. I returned them and there was a reorder. One of the ordered ones was damaged in shipment. I reordered. Because the product package dimensions were reversed on the hdsupplysolutions website shopping cart, I had ordered the 24" endsplash. To make matters worse, HD supply created another account for me which made it more difficult to resolve the issues. So I had two accounts. I had ordered the item with the shortest package dimensions, as the one with the longest dimensions was the 24" kitchen countertop depth. I returned that item. The ********* called and told me that I had ordered the incorrect item. I ordered the correct item. Several times I ordered the correct item and was shipped the 24" endsplash which is the incorrect item. I had asked them to do a bin check each time. Finally, the rep called the ********* and left a message to call back. It took 3 days for the Austin ********* to return the call. On one order they had to check with the credit department even though I was paying with a credit card. I spoke to the credit department. They said they did not need to approve the transaction. An additional weeks day because of that. They checked the bin again, measuring the items. Someone had put the incorrect items in the bin and were sending out the incorrect items to customers including me. I reordered again and discovered they were out of stock at the **************** and the item was backordered, but the ******************** had the item, but HD supply said they would not cross ship. I waited over two months for the backorder. Finally the rep made a special order and got it shipped from the ********************. I received it yesterday on May 30th 2024. About 5 months after the initial order was placed.

      dishonest and unreliable. don't deliver as promised, still waiting for a delivery that was supposed to be here two days ago.

      Do not buy anything from these people! At this point I dont even think its a legitimate business. These people took my money never ship me anything. Every time I contact them they lie and tell different stories. Just horrible, the absolute worst experience ever!

      Very unprofessional. I was trying to buy an interior door from them online but i couldnt figure out whether i needed a left or right handed door, so i called to ask. The girl on the other end was not helpful nor did she seem to care. I asked whats the difference between a left and right handed door. She replied, i dont know. I asked if she could find out. She replied im not sure anybody can answer that. The end.

      I ordered an AC condenser, whip, coil and pan for my new central air. I price shopped and they were over $700 or more LESS than everyone else for a really nice unit. They had free shipping (they say usually next day) and that was even going to a residence with a lift gate needed.There were some bumps or I would have given 5 stars for sure. The order that first day after purchase said it was in transit and arriving the next day but when it didn't and I looked again it still had that date but said the order was processing. 4-5 days later it still showed the same thing, a delivery date in the past and not even in transit, so it was confusing.I called and the rep said it would arrive the next day but I work close by so I asked for a call ahead. She said they can't unless I ask with my order, also strange. I asked for the warehouse number and who would be delivering and she said she would find out and let me know but never did.Later that night I started reading some nasty reviews and panicked. I called again for the warehouse number and she said my order had been delivered and refused...WHAT!!? I live alone and have cameras, did not happen and according to you wasn't even supposed to happen. My install is Tuesday, what is going on, oh no.Well, shortly thereafter the DRIVER called me (Surprise!) and he was SUCH a nice man and he said he was 15 minutes out. He came and even pulled around back in the alley close to my storage shed.My HVAC inspected the equipment and said it was perfect. I'm not sure of the disconnect with their CS and warehouses but hang in there if you are having issues, the info is not always accurate and there is hope yet.I am super happy and feel like I got a really great deal, THANK YOU HD Supply!

      items are tagged as delivered but have never been delivered. iem was actually delivered that i NEVER ORDERED.they just stall and hope payment will be processed.NEVER using hd supply again. and i am denying all the false charges

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HD SUPPLY!I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from HD Supply. HD Supply purposefully attempts to confuse customers by sending multiple invoices for the same items. They send one invoice before the item ships and, whether you pay that invoice or not, they send a new invoice with a new invoice number once the items are delivered. Sometimes they also slap items on the second invoice that have not shipped yet or are even on backorder. It took us a month to realize that they double-billed us repeatedly with multiple invoices for the same items. We currently have a credit of over $600 with them which we have spent hours on the phone trying to get refunded. They are refusing to refund because they want to apply the credit to an invoice that we do not owe because those items were paid for on other invoices. It is a merry-go-round of confusion with them. You pay their invoices and they just create new invoices for those paid items and then force you to spend hours on their payment portal sorting through each invoice to make sure you did not pay for that item 60 days ago on another invoice.They are very confused by their own invoicing system so they transfer you around from one employee to another. They hang up with a promise that they will speak to their supervisor and call you back but they never return the call.

      HD supply as become a total joke , ************************* the area manager is total arrogant, non communicating management type has no care for anyone in his region or issues they are suffering with. The delivery drivers have become a total joke they drop off pellets with thousands of dollars in ordered paid for items in the middle of a ******************* so it can get ripped off since they are to lazy to actually deliver the items and then when you try to reach out to ***** or his team for solutions your ignored or disrespected , they repeatedly say items were delivered that are not since the drivers dont even collect a signature or forge it. I am in the process of moving my properties needs to Lowes as I suggest you all do if you dont want to be disrespected,ignored and ripped off by this failing company.
