    I ordered a 6 month supply on December 28, 2024 @ $155.94 and that was it. On July 4 2025 I was charged $155.94 via *** Medical Score again. Upon seeing the *** Medical Score charge on my credit card (I received no email from them concerning this charge), I contacted them and told them to cancel the charge. Nowhere in the original order confirmation was there any notation of the original purchase being a subscription. They say they have canceled future charges, but will not credit the July 4 2025 charge of $155.94 as the charge had already posted. I have not received product and do not want to receive this product. I have attached copies of my email exchange with them as well as the confirmation for the original order on December 28 2024.

    I ordered a 6 month supply, and that was it. Was just charged $136.14 again. It did not say anywhere that it was a subscription purchase. They say purchases are non-refundable. Here is the email I received back from them:"Regarding your concerns about not seeing any mention of a subscription or account access: the subscription details, including the automatic renewal, are presented during the checkout process and in our ******************* which are agreed to before completing a purchase. We strive to make this information as clear as possible for all customers. At this time, we do not offer a customer login portal, but all relevant details are provided at the point of sale and in your confirmation emails. As for your refund request, our policy states that payments are non-refundable once processed. As for your refund request, our policy states that payments are non-refundable once processed."This is insane, they do not give you a portal to manage any subscriptions, nor give you any heads up that you have a subscription, then do not cancel and refund when you get charged for a subscription that you did not sign up for. Also, they stated it was noted in the confirmation emails. It does not say subscription anywhere in any of the confirmation emails. I have attached the confirmation email for reference. To make matters worse, the product does not work at all :(

    I ordered products in November. I didn't realize that it was a subscription for every 3 months. I noticed a charge to my bank account on February 3rd. It was for the same amount that I previously paid in November. I searched for a phone number for customer service, but couldn't find one on their website. I emailed them to cancel my order and asked for a refund. They emailed back and told me that the ordered was being processed so the couldn't give a refund. I told them that I hadn't received any notification of an upcoming renewal. I'm a travel nurse and am no longer at the previous address. I received an email saying that future orders would be canceled, but they couldn't tell me if the address was updated to my current location.

    I originally ordered this product but found it disagreed with me. I cancelled future orders however the company sent an additional order and charged me $49.50. I refused delivery and want my refund. Im not asking for a refund for the product that didnt agree with me but for the product they sent after canceling.

I reached out to Nova 11/3 regarding the spoiled/faulty product requesting images, to which they replied with a request to send them photos.     This company did not make it clear in their advertisements that NO refunds would be allowed. They also didnt make it clear that the ONLY way to return it, is if it is unopened and returned within **************************************************************************** the advertisement. This is misleading and unfair to the consumer.

    On May 3rd, I purchased a 3-month supply of a health supplement from Nova for $92.70. On September 23rd, I received another 3-month supply and saw that my credit card had been charged again on September 2nd. I never signed up for a subscription to receive the supplement every 3 months. It was a one-time order as proven in the attached email (there is no mention of a subscription).On September 23rd, I emailed **** to tell them that I had not signed up for a subscription and that I wanted to be reimbursed for this 2nd order. They replied the same day to say that I dont qualify for a refund but that they will cancel the subscription. I asked them again to refund me. Their reply was, again, that I dont qualify for a refund.On September 25th, I asked them to transfer my case to a supervisor. I have not heard back from them since.I want to be refunded this second $92.70 as this was a one-time purchase and not a subscription. I am happy to return the 2nd 3-month supply to them at their cost.

    October 17th, ********************************** June 2024. The order was for 3 bottles of Nova. Their website clearly stated that you would not be billed for monthly shipments unless you requested a subscription. Money back guarantee if you did not like the product. I kept the 3 bottles I received in June. The product did absolutely nothing for me. I did not order more bottles. On October 17th 3 more bottles showed up and I instantly contacted the company and told them I did not want these and would send them back. They are unopened, unused, withing 5 days of receiving them. They are telling me that I do not qualify for a refund. This is absolute fraud. I did not order these and I do not want them.     I was reviewing an ad for a product I was interested in, after review I went to the Questionnaire section . Decided the price was too high and no real guarantee. As I exited the ad it said thanks for your order. I quickly sent an email to notify them to cancel this order. I got a reply saying it was no possible, They could answer my request in minutes but could not or refused to cancel. There are 21% of reviews that are negative regarding fraudulent orders placed. Subscriptions activated after cancelling. Ive asked repeatedly to cancel but today I was charged ******.

    3 mos ago I did order supplements They made me sick so I told them to cancel my subscription.Again on 9/20 they took out another ***** when I emailed them again and told them that I canceled this order I did not want any more. They said they canceled it now but they dont give refunds I will just be stuck with 3 more bottles of these supplements that I can not take.
