    Stay away from this business. Unethical. The staff is untrained. You will spend an inordinate amount of money and in the end have nothing for your money. And they wont return your money to you. Go elsewhere. I have lost at least close to $1000.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with FuturHealth. I placed an order for a prescription and was charged three times, yet I still have not received the medication even though it has now been over ten business days.I contacted their customer service department and requested that the entire order be canceled. They did refund me for one of the extra transactions, but I have not received refunds for the other two charges, nor have I received the product I paid for.This situation reflects poor business practices both in terms of billing and customer service. I am requesting immediate action: a full refund for all outstanding charges and confirmation that the order has been canceled.

    Caution all to avoid business with FuturHealth. This company will take your money, not deliver services, and have you waiting weeks for a reply. Automatic emails from the company are useless. After paying $600, I was denied medication and 3 weeks later I'm still trying to get reviewed for a refund. I can understand paying for the provider visit but the other $500 should be refunded. It's only what's ethical. Very poor care. Very poor customer service.

    My husband was scammed by this company!! $600 up front and never received medication, even though an email was sent saying his medication was on the way!! 10 days later, charged another almost $400 - still no medication!! He has asked for a refund of all of his money but has not received yet. Please avoid this scam artist of a company. Your pocketbook will thank you.

    Misleading adds. Cancello subscription before any services were given so full refund should have been processed. Going on two weeks with zero response on refund, and keep getting told this issue is escalated to a higher manager. Still waiting on return call from them after multiple trys. Cant get anyone on the phone that can help. Paid over $600 and cant get anything done. Terrible customer service.

    DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. They state a special for 5 months with reduced pricing, but it only includes 1 month of medication. The rest is for consultative services. MISLEADING!!!!!

    Do not use. They do not honor agreed to costs. Bait and switch and I have text messages from them agreeing to a plan and when ready to start they changed the cost. Stay away from them

    I would like to report that this company is very misleading. Please anyone thinking about signing up please don't. I signed up on 5/1 and was told that I would get the weight loss medicine *********** for a 6 month plan for a flat rate of ******. Made it seemed like a really easy process. I did get the first month of medication no problem. So I signed my husband up for it as well on 5/31 and paid another ******. The very next day 6/1 I found that they charged me an additional ******. When I called they stated that the ****** was for the next vial of medication. And that it would be ****** per month for the medication. I said that is NOT what I was told. That is not what I signed up for. I cancelled my membership immediately and demanded a refund. I also said that I had signed my husband up the day before and would like to cancel his as well and demanded a refund of ****** immediately. Was told he would have to call to cancel that I was not able to do that for him. He called that afternoon. Was told he was cancelled and that a refund would be forth coming of ****** was given a ref #. As of 6/16 I still haven't received the ****** refund. They state that it was processed. According to the our bank no refund for that amount has been submitted. My husband has been fighting with Futurhealth ever since. They promise emails to us with a follow up information and we have yet to even receive that. I see **** of complaints about services, customer dissatisfaction and the company not refunding funds to customers. I wish I would have seen this before signing up. I hear their commericals on the radio that is orginially what made me call them. Wish I hadn't. I did on 6/5 & 6/6 receive refunds for my subscription, but they are being very difficult about giving correct information about our refund of ****** for my husband's membership. I can provide bank statements to prove the debited funds they took from us if needed. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you need further info.

    Was OFFERED a refund by them, yet I have never received a credit to my **** card. My bank (***************) says a refund has not been received nor is one pending...I asked to speak to a supervisor..rep said they were the "highest departent". They say the refund was issued on May 27, 2025...I have not received it. To call them is torture, there is so much background noise.

    This company is a scam I did not receive my meds. I have been calling customer service for almost 3 months and you always have to repeat your entire story from the beginning every time you call because theres no record of it or the agent is too lazy to investigate your previous calls, then they promise you that they would escalate just to finish the call. You wait for ***** hours with no reply and when you call them back it goes back to the same process. When they finally agrees to replace it. They charge you for it.
