I have ordered 3 watches from Original Grain. They have all been of excellent quality. The last watch that I ordered for my son was a Christmas gift. So I ordered it in November. The minute hand broke. I contacted Original Grain through email. I did not have my confirmation email from the original order. I did expect that to cause some issue, but this did not give me any problems. ***** was more than helpful in assisting me. I honestly didn't know if the watch was still under warranty. I expected to have to send the watch back. Perhaps at my own cost for shipping. Nonetheless, I just wanted the minute hand fixed because my son really likes these watches. Original Grain sent him a new watch. Not at all what I expected. In an effort to reduce the carbon footprint, they did not want the broken watch to be returned. Customer satisfaction is a high priority for Original Grain. My son has an affinity for these watches. If I purchase another watch of this type, Original Grain is where I will be purchasing from.

Watch was designed wrong, because you cannot make the micro adjustments needed in order to get the correct fitment on the watch. When I emailed customer service about this they told me "our watches do not support micro adjustments" even though this is my 3rd watch by them and the other ones support micro adjustments. ***** lied to me and tried to make me believe that I'm in the wrong when I'm surely not. After which he told me to "take the watch to a jeweler in order to fix it" that was BY FAR the worst customer service experience that I've ever had. I will not be making anymore purchases from Original Grain, and I suggest anyone who reads this do the same.

The watch I ordered for husband was beautiful. It was great for the first year. Shortly after the 1 year warranty was up, the emblem on the face came loose and just floats around. This is annoying. Changing the battery was also a challenge. We visited three jewelry/watch shops before finding one that was able to get the watch open and change the battery. The shop is over thirty minutes away. Never had a watch this hard to change the battery.

Superb customer service! This company truly cares about their customers! They pour their hearts into their products and make ************ is instilled in every unique piece. *** watched them grow over the years and this year was my first year I could afford to spoil my husband with a ************* bourbon Barrel Watch and lets just say he feels like a celebrity from all the wonderful compliments on it! I ordered a watch for my husband, and after I completed the order, I got a summary with an additional watch, (which wasn't even an option when looking, just added to my order). Then, an email that said, I had 4 hours to make a change. We'll, they do not offer a phone number to call, and I replied 8 times in emails. No response... Then the next day, I get my order was shipped. I wrote them again, and finally got an email that said, too bad. They had no problem telling me I had 15 days to return the watch. This process of no phone number, adding a watch when not ordering it, and terrible response time, is the reason why their reviews are bad, and let me tell you Original Grain, ***** will catch up to your terrible business practices!!

Purchased an original grain watch for my husband and only 1.5 years later it has self-destructed. The small piece of metal around the date display fell off in the watch and lodged under the minute hand. I reached out to the company and they offered me $100 off a new one, rather than try to fix or replace the one that we have. Why would I want to buy another one for $300 that is probably going to fall apart as well? Never again.

I got the brewmaster silver and it is absolutely perfect, I am so glad that it came with 2 extra links because I'm gonna have to use them in order for the watch to get past my hand!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars because the quality of the watch is perfect as well the customer service is awesome!! I am definitely going order from them again!! ??

I have bought 5 watches from Original Grain. The quality is outstanding, as is the customer service!! They go above and beyond in delivering the best service I have ever received from an on-line company!! The watches are absolutely stunning!! The last one that I bought for my husband is the *************. Thats my husbands favorite Bourbon and he loves this watch!!!! I have bought watches for my nephews as well. I recommend Original Grain without hesitation!!!!
