    I have been using their product for the last few months and it works. My UTI doctor recommended a product that works equally well but is much cheaper. I cancelled my orders on-line by answering multiple-choice questions: I chose: CANNOT AFFORD. They ignored my response and sent me another package. Now I'm trying to return and it is very difficult to do on-line, and of course, when you call they promise to TRY to get back to you within 48 hours but they don't.

    Uquora has charged me for 3 bottles of Defense formula, when I have received only one - while promising a refund for undelivered items and still worse, I can't get into the online account to cancel my subscription. They keep pelting me with product information, but they never deliver a link because they say they can't find my email address. It's been awful. They have my credit card so they keep charging for auto delivery, then it's not delivered. There is no customer service - everytime I write they say a real live person will respond and they do not. Resolution: I WANT MY SUBSCRIPTION CANCELED AND MY SAVED CREDIT CARD DELETED AND THE $60 REFUND FOR PRODUCT NEVER RECEIVED!!!! The more we delay, the more they charge, and the more I'll have to file for product not received. Again, they PELT my inbox *********************** but then claim the link to cancel the subscription can't be found when I type in the same address (the only method to cancel). It's a SCAM. Beware!!!! And help

    Your order was placed as a one time purchase & it looks like our team has refunded your initial order already and issued 2 replacement orders to the address you indicated at checkout. Since you purchased a one time order (and not a subscription) we do not have your credit card information on file nor will you have access to the subscriber portal as you do not have a subscription. I can confirm you were debited for your initial order and then credited the same amount due to the delivery issues. We've already reached out via email but we'll reach out once again.

    THE COMPLAINT IS THAT SOMEHOW I MAY HAVE ORDERED TWO SUBSCRIPTIONS FROM UQORA, I RECEIVED TWO BACK TO BACK ORDERS. THEY CLAIM THEY ARE EASY TO WORK WITH BUT DO NOT ANSWER TEXTS, MORE IMPORTANTLY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE AND EXTREMELY DIFFICULT IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT! THE PRODUCT MAY BE GOOD (I JUST STARTED IT) BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE IF AT ALL! HOPE YOU CAN GET SOME ANSWERS, I CANT! ALL I WANT IS FOR THEM TO CANCEL ANY DOUBLE ORDERS THEY MAY HAVE FOR ME AND A PHONE NUMBER FOR FUTURE BUSINESS IF WE GET THIS RESOLVED. YOU HELPED WITH SLEEP NUMBER ONCE SO COUNTING ON YOUR HELP AGAIN. FROM NOW ON I WILL CHECK BBB BEFORE I BUY, UQORA DOES NOT SEEM TO CARE BUT I DO!

Our team has replied to your email requested regarding your duplicate subscriptions that were added in your subscription portal and refunded the most recent order.
