I never saw an invoice until after I called Laura when I noticed an unauthorized charge to my Visa card! She said I gave her verbal authorization but I probably forgot! This really made me angry since I did not, nor would I! As far as I was concerned I had paid for the quartz, backsplash and trim! Only when I returned to her business to choose the trim, did she produce an envelope with two invoices that she backdated and stamped “copy” in red! I never saw an invoice from her! She wrote on a piece of paper my costs! Also, the so called contractor she referred to me was not licensed! I trusted that he was because she and I had met in a social level and she professes to be my friend so I trusted her! I had also referred prospective clients to her! Laura will tell you what you want to hear! The person she referred to me, Andres Jimenez was not only not licensed but one of his employees touched me inappropriately in my home three times! I called Andre and of course, he initially sided with his employee saying the employee was happily married and had never done this before! When I told Laura. She assured me the man & I can’t remember his name was fired! I found out later that was not true! Laura was lying to me! Laura and Andres were lucky I didn’t press charges for assault in my home! I was sickened by this experience! I will never refer a prospective client to Laura, the owner, at The Rock Prefab Granite Outlet! My order for the backsplash was the wrong material and she bragged to me how she take photos of the materials her client orders do there are no mistakes! I think when she charged my Signature Visa without my authorization, she was charging me for the materials that she mistakenly ordered!
