I am a customer of ******************* AND I PURCHASED BATTERIES FROM SUNLIGHT, SOLAR. ACCORDING TO MY CONTRACT WITH SUNLIGHT, SOLAR, I PAID AN INITIAL $1000 AND MADE A FINAL PAYMENT ****** on October ********************************************************************** and Sunlight, Solar, is strictly between me and Sunlight, Solar, and does not include any other parties.Greentech claims that it is a supplier for Sunlight, Solar and filed a preliminary notice against my property. I was unaware of this relationship between Greentech and Sunlight, Solar, until October 26 on which day I was served with a certified notice from Greentech. Greentech claims that it has a legal right.Before even discussing legality, I would like to just point out that this would be just plain bad customer service, if I were a customer of Green tech. I am not and was unaware of Greentech's relationship with Sunlight, Solar, until yesterday October 26. I am wondering if I am being profiled by this company or even scammed. Furthermore, I have dealt with dozens of contractors over the past 10 years and not once has a supplier filed a preliminary notice against my property opting to provide good customer service instead.Finally, I signed a contract with Sunlight, Solar,, and I was unaware of this relationship until October 26. To be blindsided like this borders on unethical and is the worst kind of customer service that I have seen so far in this industry. I should have been given the opportunity to decline the contract based on your relationship with Sunlight, Solar, before signing any contract. I talked to one of your agents and your agent told me that I had to call Sunlight, Solar, and make sure that they pay you when I pay Sunlight, Solar,. That is absurd. I am not a collection agency. This is almost like attempt to get a free service at the expense of some unsuspecting customer. Again this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in this industry.
