    Hi my phone is terrible and worse of all I have airtalk wireless through lifeline and I am getting terrible service from them. My phone does these things:internet free service limited goes off temporarily and i have to turn off and back on phone to get it back *********** service went completely off for a period of time and caused major monetary damage when i could not get in contact with ********** of touchscreen wont obey swipe down for menu unless i do it several times battery is very weak. it decreases when i try to charge it using portable charger and it doesntcharge on some chargers. same for your other phone airtalk gave me.the wifi is very bad it doesntpick up a very good wifi from certain places but other devices can pick up the wifi.the foxx updater is stuck at 22% and wontupload nor d/l any updates very frustrating!!!Please fix everything and tell me point out what exactly is airtalks fault and responsibility to fix cause its not on my end. they are very frustrating to deal with telling me this person is highest i can deal with it and when i demand again i get someone else who is twice as bad as prior. oh and the rings is too short before it goes to voicemail i need for the rings to last longer and have choices longer than it is ****** sure there are more problems. air talk is pathetic only sending me one prepaid mail back for both phones to return to them but that would have let me without a phone to use and i need my phone daily!! i sent back one and they claimed they fixed it but the other phone is so bad it wont function at all to turn on asking me for a code i dont have and again airtalk wont fix anything and wont say what they did! They obviously have not fixed any problems and had the audacity to say it looks good on their end and im the one with the phone who is having still current everyday bad experiences with your phone!
