      Coast One is predatorily sending mail offering tax relief services, while not identifying itself in any of the correspondence. The notice is called a Tax Lien Investigation, which is suggestive of law enforcement or a government agency. They've sent repeated notices to me, without any information of my situation attempting to scare/bully me into using their service. I do not wish nor need to utilize their service. I would like to be removed from their records, where they have my name spelled as Eia. I am contacting the ***, in addition to the *** and *** and CFPB regarding Coast One's and several other predatory tax companies' practices. If I am eligible for damages from the sheer volume of notices alone, I intend to seek them. One of their employees called my residence at 7:48AM today. Which is how I learned their name. Amazing.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I spoke with the *** yesterday and they've requested I send all correspondence received to the Inspector General, I am compiling all letters received and sending them on. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      Coast one tax group representative agreed to prepare and file 2023 tax returns. However once it was time for them to do it, they claimed it wasn't in my contract and that they weren't responsible. They would do it for an additional $500 dollars. Then offered me a discount of $350. I told them I would think about it and I was very disappointed with them.

      August 2021 I reached out to the company in question to resolve tax debt with the **** I paid the company $4000 and have come no closer to resolving the issue than I was before I started. Numerous voicemails have been left. No response. Numerous emails have been sent. No response.I would like to get my money back and just try to settle my tax debt by contacting the debt collection agency on my own.
