    Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We genuinely value all our applicants and ensure that our process is fair, safe, and transparent for everyone involved.

    We would like to clarify that your application was not declined due to your age. In fact, your age is highly desirable for becoming a gestational carrier. The reason we were unable to proceed with your application was related to the location of your residence. Unfortunately, the hospitals in your area do not meet the safety requirements we have in place to ensure the best possible care for both the surrogate and the newborn, particularly in the event of an emergency.

    The closest hospital within your state that meets our minimum requirement of having a Level 2 *********************** Unit (NICU) is located 176 miles from your home, which does not meet our safety standards for gestational surrogacy. While there is a closer hospital, it is in a different state, which can create challenges, including potential issues or added complexity related to medical coverage and clarity of the hospital around parentage and medical directives for the baby. These factors ensure that all parties are protected, receive the care they need, and avoid uncertainties.

    We apologize for any confusion or frustration this may have caused. We did attempt to reach out to you to clarify the reason for your disqualification and provide further explanation. We encourage you to consider applying with other surrogacy agencies, especially those with different geographical criteria.
