  ***** is the definition of a complete professional in every aspect of his mortgage brokerage business. He and his team are the very definition of what anyone could hope for in both their extraordinary service, knowledge of the market, and incredible attitude. He has single-handedly raised the bar in working with us in our loans.I cannot imagine working with anyone else for our loans.   I spent a lot of time trying to get a cash out refinance on a home I purchased through my LLC. This was nearly impossible without first taking it out of my LLC and then put it back at a later date (or so I was told by so many financial institutions). I owned the home entirely and should have been a no-brainer to use the equity in this fully remodeled home. After some extensive and exhausting research, along came came Source Capital one of the last shots at getting this done. What a world of difference!In these crazy times to find this company was/is simply amazing! ******************* Spoke with me and listened to what I was looking to do and to my surprise understood exactly what I wanted, and still keep it in my LLC. Working with him and the wonderful ************************* who walked me through the entire paperwork process, and insured everything was processed just how I had envisioned it. I cannot thank these wonderful people enough. They helped my business when I needed it the most, and and in a wonderfully short time the whole package was done and funded. The due diligence is outstanding. There has been total transparency with every deal in which I have engaged. Their integrity is the highest level.   I'm trying to close out a loan, and they refuse to take a conference call, or sign a simple document for me to add them as a creditor, preferring instead to charge me $45 for a signature! This company will nickle and dime you at every opportunity. They charged me a $90 late fee twice, for payments made 2 weeks in advance! When I asked for evidence of when the payment was received, they had nothing! The people working at Source Capital are dishonest and employ predatory business practices to trick customers into paying far more than the quoted rates. Avoid at all costs!!
