My older brother, a resident in ************, passed in 2023. I am the Administrator of the Estate and in ************. His home needed to be sold in Probate. A very nice home that needed cleaned out, a complete renovation and updated as it was in poor condition. It was a big job. I had found Renovation Realty while researching online early in the probate process and seemed to offer the services that we needed. But we did our due diligence and when my younger brother was able to go to ************ to collect valuables, he met with 4 different realtor agencies. We chose Renovation Realty and ********************* to work with. *** and Renovation Realty were easy to work with, professional, and we are very satisfied with our experience and the outcome. The home sold about 2 weeks after listing. I have no reservations giving a 5 star or in recommending Renovation Realty. Renovation Realty has all the services in place to handle any renovation and *** has the experience and know how to complete the complicated Renovation we needed.

The entire time was professional and courteous, and they really listened to my concerns. **** handled the sale and made sure I was always up to date with what was happening. I had already moved out of area, but I was always informed of developments, and felt really taken care of. I would highly recommended Renovation Realty to anyone.

Renovation Realty was a great solution for me. I have no experience in home remodeling or real estate sales, both of which I was faced with after my wife of 30 years passed. It was time for me to move on and R.R. made the process much easier. ************************, and **** inspired confidence from the get-go. The initial walk through was a real confidence builder. They were saying things like: "Well THIS will look good...fireplace, check....move this over there..." etc. Clearly they knew what they were doing, this was not their First Rodeo.From then on, I never felt left out of the loop. Was always kept up to date with progress, problems and solutions.The results speak for themselves. Five days after the property went on the market, we accepted an offer $20K above asking price, closing the deal 26 days after that.

Amazing company! Im glad my grandpa recommended this company to me, they helped ease my mind when selling my house. **** and ******** were extremely helpful at that first meeting and answered all my questions. ******** made my life so much easier when it came time to selling the house. She constantly had my back when it came to dealing with buyers and their realtors. If you are looking to sell a house I recommend you give them a call and schedule an appointment.
