    GG homes is also known as IBUYSD, they are a shady bunch of people!They bought my house and gave me a 30 day escrow, one week before escrow closed, they decided not to purchase my home! Meanwhile they were trying to sell my house for a bigger profit than they gave me, they had no takers so they dropped me. Because of them my house went into foreclosure and I had to pay several thousand dollars worth of interest. DO NOT do business with these people they are extremely dishonest!

    I would highly recommend I Buy *********. ****, ****** and ******** really saved me when the first company I sold to pulled out of the deal 10 days before closing due to certain *** restrictions even though all my moving plans had been made. I Buy came in and got everything completed within the 10 days, not worrying about the *** restrictions so I didn't have to change my moving plans. Thank you I Buy!
