1 starNot sure why *** has an A+ rating. We purchased a home they remodeled in *********** and its clear they took the cheapest way out on everything. Exterior paint is cracking on day one, they failed to do agreed to repairs, used cheapest materials they could find. We knew buying this property that we would have to fix their mistakes, but future buyers need to beware.AJX Homes LLC

1 starPurchased a home flipped in 2015 by these guys. They did crappy work. The subfloor was cut out terribly leaving holes and support failures, found out the shower pan was made out of roof shingles, the electrical outlets were grounded by using the wrong color wire routed in between the base boards and the wall, the laminate flooring was done terribly, they covered up existing windows probably to save money on larger window replacements, they painted over termite damage, the cabinet drawers were blocked from opening by walls, they cut a support rafter to fit a pipe in so the roof and wall were not supported, the list goes on, I mean just a terrible jobHadnt posted until today because I just found out that these guys were the flippers involved.AJX Homes LLC

5 starsOver the years I've had the privilege of working with AJX Homes in multiple capacities -- from the buy side to the sell side of various properties around San Diego County and every transaction was extremely smooth! I've been a realtor for almost 10 years and unfortunately, it is somewhat of a lost art in this space to execute at a professional level, but *** has always risen to the occasion. Even in escrow they remain communicative and on top of any issues that arise and do what they say they are going to do.I'd highly recommend considering working with AJX Homes and their wonderful team because when it comes down to certainty of closing, they absolutely deliver!
