      We terminated our contract with Pure at the end of May 2025. At the beginning of our agreement, we paid a $500 deposit, which was to be refunded upon termination.Since the end of May, we have made several attempts to contact the company via both email and phone regarding the refund. Unfortunately, we have not received a response or any update, and the $500 remains unpaid.We are requesting the immediate return of our $500 owner deposit. The continued lack of communication and failure to return the deposit is unacceptable.Desired Resolution:A full refund of the $500 deposit.

      Pure is ledger tampering and are under investigation w/ ***** of com. They have switched accounting software several times and I caught them deleting over $20,000 in payments just from 2023. They have ignored 3 housing complaints and a retaliatory complaint, threatening to break into my home and told me they would cut my locks. Housing complaints are 10 months old. NO communication, but when they do they pretend to be the "legal" department and misrepresent themselves as authorized to practice the law. They fail to inform me who I am talking to or give their bar card to verify the authority to practice law, they told me they are not obligated. They received and misappropriated payments, they dont prove they do background checks on the random maintenance guys they send to peoples houses. Plus a lot more. 8 years times treble amounts.

      PURE failed to properly remedy a hazardous sewer backup, failed to keep us informed as tenants, and continually failed to fulfill our request for rent concession despite ample time and multiple requests, all of which we constituted clear breaches of our lease agreement. In October of 2024, black water flowed up from a clogged sewer main and flooded our bathroom. PURE's emergency maintenance line was unresponsive, and when we finally got a hold of them, they seemed unfazed that black water was actively flooding the apartment(!?). They did not have the apartment properly remediated. They did not fix the sewage line for THREE MONTHS. They provided zero information about water shutoffs. They changed the lock to the only shared bathrooms in the complex and never provided us with a new key despite countless requests. Our apartment was hazardous and unlivable for multiple weeks, and after all of this, they did not reimburse us in any way for the literal sh*tshow we had been through. According to our lease agreement, by the most conservative interpretation, they owe us north of $1000, and probably more like $2000.The only time we could get a response out of them was when we threatened legal action; this was met with a crybaby response about how they were working really hard on it and we would totally, definitely get the money we were owed. Spoiler alert: WE DIDN'T. I mean, forget doing the obviously right thing here, because what they've done to us is also blatantly illegal. We will literally have to take them to small claims court because they refused to cough up $1000 for months and months after flooding our only bathroom with dookie water multiple times.Ultimately, we were forced to move to a different apartment, primarily to seek better property management.

      Terrible communication. Zero action from employees. I am very unhappy as a landlord. Promises made and not kept.

      2/6/24 Meld of Pure PM, e-mail received to us that our property, washer/dryer in rental unit at ************************************************12 had been removed and taken to a recycle business. We had no prior communication to update that the tenant complained that they were 'old and worn out'. Pure PM stated an e-mail was sent 2/5/24 and then Meld removed them 2/6/24, e-mail received at 10:53am. Prior Meld other repairs/issues in the rental by the tenant, we have received notice with info, asked for approval of repairs cost, pictures submitted prior and after completion. Upon inquiry, $75 fee to remove W/D.Cesy Pure PM states any appliance that is not under warranty is not repaired and then removed. The tenant has been in the unit since 2019 and each year always complained the washer/dryer did not match. Tenant informed it is a convenience provided and by closing the door, chose a laundromat. Our ****** search indicated that by removal of personal property without our info and approval is considered 'property theft'. There is a store of used washer/dryer sale in town; ranging in price $500-$1000 (new ones are $500- $1500). The handyman took to recycle center in which ****** states there are metal and precious components that is determined in dollars to 'handyman'.We have called and e-mailed to Cesy (our property manager), Aurora boss with determination ****** gave the approval for removal of W/D, without our notice or approval. We have communicated with **** and we were informed to contact *************************** *********************. no resolve and ********* laughed she 'couldn't help' us, E-mails from 2/6, 2/9, 2/15, 2,16, 2/17 and 3/1 and p/c 2/16 to *************************, ************. ****** stated she would do some research into the matter. Last F/U inform that she is out on medical. We know that offices have coverage for employees for business and no update provided to our message left on her phone message machine. No police report filed yet as Pure PM no restitution of W/D value.
