      Have had nothing but problems with one of their properties. Moved into an apartment, and most recently had to put in 2 work orders for the freezer because my roommate with dementia broke the k*** They refused to fix the freezer even after mentioning it's a health and safety violation. I have called my meals on wheels delivery and let them know why I can't have the food delivered now, and called APS because it's a health concern. They'd rather have me use the clubhouse freezer than fix mine. Go figure.

      This company in violations a lot of Fair Housing Rules. They are out of the area company who is creating a false impression for being local in ********. Originally based in ****************, **********They gave all the jobs to family members, who are extremely unprofessional, unethical, (********* ********).They run business from home and neglect the aspects of providing any support.Being a developer, I don't reccomend to invest by selling to them or letting them run any business.

      I moved to one of their current properties when it was owned by someone else. It was a great place to live for almost four years. Since Logan bought the property, it is horrible. They do not care about residents at all. Management does not even listen to resident complaints. They fired most of the staff who made this place a pleasant place to live and the remaining staff is incompetent and uncaring.

      I have been living in one of their complexes for 6 years with no complaints until the new management about 2 years ago.Unexplained charges in my resident portal, rent payment history showing a lower amount than I usually pay, management denying a copy of my personal files and only sending me 2 of the 6 years I have been requesting, extremely rude manager that requests maintenance people to take pictures of the units when tenants arent present, nepotism shown in every meeting with the manager where she states being friends with all higher *** by calling them on the phone and naming them, and an HR department that does nothing to help and doesnt provide tenants with information for a department to direct our reports and complaints to. Dishonesty and Narcissism at its best. On top of that, the companys name is displayed in the San Diego superior court website with many lawsuits for reasons similar to the ones listed here. These people should not be allowed to work with families.
