    Cethron Property Management, specifically *********************, has dismissed and failed to rectify the harassment imposed by our downstairs neighbor for over two years. Management has had similar issues with this tenant for over 13 years. They rented the unit to our family knowing that some noise would be customary and neglected to consider the troublesome history of the tenant directly underneath our unit by neglecting to inform us or consider who indeed in the best candidate for the unit.Upon moving into the unit, tenant X has repeatedly harassed us by violently slamming cabinets and windows, banging on the ceiling, and has followed us from room to room at various times of the day. Ex. While we are walking down the hallway, cooking in the kitchen, in our childrens bedroom while they play and while in the shower on a daily basis. Tenant X harassing behavior has maliciously escalated for the last several months to strategically pounding and banging on the ceiling directly under our bed in the primary bedroom during the middle of the night causing us to awaken in fear that our unit is being broken into. We and our children have also suffered from sleepless nights due to tenant X disturbing behavior. Tenant X has also resorted to screaming at us while we are in the restroom in the master bedroom yelling profanities. Even after our dozens of complaints Cethron Property Managment has failed to take action against Tenant X to compel his/her adherence to these contractual obligations and protect the rights of neighboring tenants, like us, to be free from harassment and noise. We are expecting our third child and can no longer live under these conditions and have asked ********************* to terminate our lease before the birth of our son in June. ***** has rejected our lease termination attempt and has asked that we follow protocol and continue paying rent until the end of our lease regardless of management negligence on this issue.
