I purchased a 3D printer from XYZ printers- a reputable dealer. However upon usage- one month after purchase- because it was a Christmas gift, it did not work. We tried everything. We tried to contact the business, but they have no phone number. We opened several tickets- all of which were met with stalling techniques including one even stating that it was the wrong order number and date of purchase so that the warranty of 90 days was voided. They are not actually going to give me a refund for a junk product that I spent ****** USD on, and clearly they are avoiding servicing this product. I have asked for a phone number to contact, and I have submitted 3 tickets via their website. I believe that this is now a scam. And I'm convinced that they are not going to allow me to return the device even for a replacement. It would be a shame if this happened to someone else. I have contacted an attorney and we can file a complaint, but the fees alone would be more than the printer is worth. I would love the BBB to investigate this claim and help me to get my much deserved refund.Initial Complaint

Failure of organization to respond to multiple **************** and Pre-Sales communication requests. Getting no response from organization, and no other contact options are provided by customer to resolve this issue.Initial Complaint

Repeat issues with both hardware and software of my Da Vinci Mini 3D printer. Most recently an issue with a serial number error on an Open Smart Tag (Filament) when try to get it to work. No relevant troubleshooting steps provided on company's website. Customer support number disconnected due to COVID and when trying to contact support the only possible way they offer, through a customer support ticket, the site crashes while trying to fill in the required fields giving an error saying "The application has experienced and error" and then the page refreshes deleting all information entered. in addition, no matter how many ways I try to enter my printers serial number it says that it is not a valid serial number and because that is a required field I can't even submit the ticket to get a rep to contact me to tell me what IS the correct serial number. I just want them to have support options or get me a full refund for this printer. If they won't make support possible, it's useless.
