Can't leave a zero star, do not use! There are so many better options.1st around June 2025 received a letter in the mail about a fraudulent charge, called them, they cancelled my card and said they would look into it and send me a new card. Haven't thought anything of it, don't use the card. Yesterday I get a late payment in the mail for $102. I call today, tell them I never received my card and no longer have access to the website (they changed sites and without a card number I don't have an account). I tell them I want to cancel my account with them and they say I owe $108. I told them I shouldn't have a balance, They said oh well we didn't send you a card because you were over your limit. Again no balance $0 + $50 fraudulent charge=$0, oh you had an annual fee and now late payments. *** I told them to keep my $100 security deposit and close my account, oh we can't do that until you pay the $8. This is not how you run a business! The first month you don't get a pmt by normal means you send a letter not wait 3 months later when you are now over the balance and need more money.

I asked for a refund on the credit card that I applied for and I have been waiting for over a month and a half for my refund and they keep giving me the runaround.
