    On the 25/9/22 I ordered a monocular telescope ,I have not received it ,or a refund ,I have sent many emails with no response ,I would like this to be sorted out ,order number ********** ,this needs to be addressed today

    I ordered the monocular and it arrived on October 20, 2022. I tried to use it to take pictures and was very dissatisfied. So, I decided to return it. They have a 30 day return policy. On the website it says in order to return an item, you need to contact customer support to receive directions. I contacted via their online contact form on November 10th. I received a canned message back saying I was put in the top escalation escalation level. And would receive further info soon. I never received a message back. I contacted them through the contact form on November 12 and 14, only received the automated email. I tried calling them, they say they are transferring me to the next available support person, but then the phone hangs up. Now today is the 30th day, so Im not sure they will return it. My order number is **********

    I order 4 starscopes on Nov. 8 2022. An amount for $19.99 and $118.93 on Nov. 9 2022. Now they claim they do not have my order. Please help if you can. Thank you

    11/226/1 paid for product order# ********** it has still not been delivered. I have asked for our money back.they keep giving stalling tactics, we are swamped with orders it is on it way.

    Date of transaction September 26th, 2022 Order # ********** Price $53.14 with shipping I have been waiting for my package that is never coming. Until I could prove that I had an order with them via screen shot they kept telling me that there was no record of my purchase even giving them all my information. Once I sent the screenshot then they told me that it was already on its way and gave me a tracking number that did not confirm thar information at all. Once I pointed out that the tracking number was not showing that it was truly on its way and 10 more days had gone by they just stopped responding. I want a refund , this is such a scam. And it's an intentional scam. I don't understand why they are allowed to operate.

    Date of transaction: Starscope confirmation of order #********** on 11/29/21. I paid with Paypal late on 11/29/21.Amount: $175.11 Product: Starscope Monocular Telescope G1.1 - 2 Units; The Lifetime Warranty 2; Starscope G1.1 Phone Mount - 2 Units Nature of dispute/resolution attempt: the order was finally delivered on 2/16/21, after 16 back-and-forth emails. I immediately returned the merchandise, following their instructions, as it was for Christmas, and it was delivered back to Starscope on 3/7/22 (I have the *** confirmation-tracking #1Z4F57260199322234). After 17 emails back and forth, on 7/5/22, I'm told its now "beyond the 180 days window time from PayPal for us to reverse the charges" and I'm do a 100% store credit. It is now 9/27/22 and 11 emails later I still don't have that credit voucher.

    I have the same problem as everyone else , I asked for a refund as the monocular telescope was not a telescope and did not work as advertised. Their answer was that I did not know how to operate the telescope. I asked again for a refund and their answer was we don't have a record of your transaction. I replied to the original person that I asked the refund saying that I would complain to the BBB and they refused to answer.I'm really not sure as to why they are allowed to be in business. I have seen their advertisement in ******* travel and ****************** I have learned my ****** not to buy anything on line before I check the company ratings with BBB.

    On August 28, 2022, I purchased the TrifiBoost 3, confirmation # **********, which was advertised for $112.39, instead my checking account was charged $183.31, which was not acceptable or approved. I immediately put in a request to cancel the order and return the money they charged. I received a notification that a ticket was opened on August 28, 2022, It is now Wednesday August 31, 2022, and no response since the last ticket was opened on August 28, 2022. I then sent another letter on August 31, 2022, Stating the following because of receiving notifications that my cart is opened, and I need to act now before my order expires. No estimated time of arrival has been provided or a reasonable response. Range XTD has claimed that a ticket as now been opened on August 31,2022. Which makes two open tickets on this account that has not been worked on or resolved. The following notice was sent: RangeXTD,I have an outstanding order with confirmation (order # **********). Money of $183.31 was charged to my checking account. I requested to have this order cancelled on August 28, 2022, when the order was placed. The amount went from $112.39 to $183.31. which was not what was advertised. A ticket was formed on August 28, 2022, to correct this matter as requested accordingly. I still have yet to receive a response concerning this issue. Instead, I am receiving notifications that my order is still open! Yet they took money out of my account, and it needs to be returned immediately.     $120.00. I returned the srar scopes and phone holder . I haven't got a refund or answer. I just want my refund and I'm just being honest .
