The first few months they gave my good toys and treats so I signed up for the 1 year subscription. When I signed up for the 1 year subscription the toys I have been receiving have been garbage even the super chewer toy have been cheap $1 toys that fall apart after 1 use. I feel I have been paying way too much for junk. I have been paying $30 a month for items the quality of dollar store toys. Also my dogs allergic to peanut butter and all I get are peanut butter treats. Because I signed up for a 1 year subscription I am stuck paying for garbage I don't even want and cant even give my dog the treats because she is allergic.Review from Lily J

Pup box is awful. In spite of the treats being stale, and the toys being cheaply made, I extended my pups pup box subscription from 3-months (every other month), to an additional 3-consecutive month box. In spite of me writing to them, explaining NOT to send the duplicate 7-month old pup box, and that the other pup box should be the 8 month box, what did ****** and the other incompetent folks at pup box do? They sent me TWO 7-month boxes for the same account, same puppy. I attempted to write to them, but they dont answer my questions directly. Its impossible to get them on the phone. This company is a joke and I dont recommend it to anybody. I only gave one star because the option of zero stars was not available to me. Stick with chewy or other legitimate brands. We love pupbox. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews? It has been the perfect subscription service for my pup. I love how each box is catered toward her age with helpful tips on training and advice. I love the peace of mind that comes with each box knowing that everything that comes in it she is allowed to play with at her age. She has loved all the teats and toys. Just being me and her, it's hard to always give her the attention and playtime she needs, and pupbox has given us the best resources to stop boredom. I love pupbox! If I could give zero stars I would. I signed up with a promo code that ended up having me commit to a 12 month subscription that I was not aware of.I ordered the box thinking it was just a one time thing for me to try the product. The product itself I ordered for a large dog and all the items are extremely small. All the toys are terrible quality and a small Chihuahua would be able to rip it up in no time. I reached out to customer service to let them know that I no longer wanted their product , they were no help and extremely rude, saying that there was nothing they could do.After days of going back-and-forth they finally agreed to put me in for three months subscription.I only agreed to get out of the 12 month however, I was not notified that the price would increase because now it was only a three month subscription , so now I had to pay the increase for the same product. Pupbox in ********* ** has no customer service number only by email and when you tell them they sent you cat size toys for a puppy that they could choke on they continue to direct you to their website to purchase ********************** I want to return the cat toys they sent for my ********** refuse to give return instructions & cancel the subscription. they have not even offered an apology or to replace the box they sent. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS FRADULENT COMPANY. This is the worst experience i have ever experienced. No supervisors available to speak with. They offered a extra bag of treats for free ************** a 2 oz bag of treats for ****.Review from Donna I

A little disappointed with this months toyI inserted the goodies that came with the box into the chewer, ***** tried for about 15 min to get the goody out then proceeded to chew off one of the parts that hold the goody in. Luckily, I was there to watch and pulled the rest of it off so she wouldnt swallow it ?????????Review from Jessica K

I canceled my subscription, and they continued to charge me! After many emails they refused to reimburse me, in the process of them charging me after I canceled, they over drafted my bank account 2 times! They refuse to fix this problem!Review from Pierce S

I purchased a years subscription and was so disappointed in the toy quality. I did this for our new puppy and my son. I pre-paid the whole year subscription, Knowing that I agreed to this year subscription I was stuck in the contract the first year. They never gave me the opportunity to cancel. Second year subscription I went in to cancel it, it said subscription canceled. Now I go back to the page. It says I received another box when I did not. They also charged my account more for this new year subscription, which I did not agree to. The toy quality of the first year was terrible. They send items to you that are things most pet owner purchases the day they get their pet such as cheap leashes and potty bags. None of which a good quality or have any style to them. Most of the toys received my dogs destroyed within seconds. They are not made very well. I do not want a second year subscription. I did not want the first years after receiving several boxes that were awful, but I understood that I had paid for that first year in full so I was stuck with it. But believe I was mislead into thinking it was quality toys and merchandise being sent to me monthly. I should not have to to be billed monthly for the next year. I tried to contact them and you can only contact them through email. There is no phone number to talk to anyone. When emailing the company it generates emails back to you that are automated. You cant even remove your financial information from the page such as your credit card at any point in time but it does give you the option to add another card or form of payment. It seems to me that this company just keeps charging people without permission and no way to leave the contract even though it says your contract is over. I want out of this contract that I never agreed to. I would like my money back for the box. I never received in the first place. When I contacted **** they said I had to contact the company obviously have not heard anything from pop box.Review from Dawn L

Quality of the toys included in the PupBox has always been exceptional. They also provide some written information about the dogs development and some treats. The written information is easily obtained from doing a search online. The box is excessively over priced. Almost a year ago, I stopped, receiving the pup boxes, but was continually charged. I contacted the company . A box or two would show up then stop again. My son gave the PupBox subscription as a gift for me and dog on my request. It was supposed to be a one year subscription. Why? Because a puppy is fully mature and considered a dog by one year of age. Pupbox continued to charge his credit card over and over for a solid two years even though I have not received any Pupbox for many many months. I have sent email after email after email. There is no telephone number to contact the company. I have gotten no satisfaction. I want Pupbox to send me age-appropriate toys for all the boxes that were paid for yet never delivered to me. Another option is to refund a minimum of 18 months of charges to the credit card on the account for all the Pupbox is not received. And discontinue my account immediately! I would like to talk to someone on the telephone as well. I hope this helps. When I first started getting Pupbox, I did a little demonstration opening the Pupbox on ******** telling all my friends how wonderful it is. I regret doing that now. I had a bark box years ago with another dog. I never had any problem with that and I enjoyed what came in the boxes. Horrible We got a new puppy a few months ago and we got the pup box because we thought it would be nice for our new puppy to get something new every month. Thus far my wife has sent pupbox a handful of emails complaining about the contents of the box. Apparently you cant cancel your subscription unless the world comes to an end. The contents of the box are cheap toys/treats and gadgets. They even started sending us a tough toys box and the toys last less than a few hours. We have a 35lb golden doodle. This isnt some pit bull. The gadgets they send are cheap and the treats are just as bad. Every month so far when we receive our box the box and its contents are in the trash the next day. Save your money, the idea itself is cute, but for the what youre getting for the money it isnt worth it.
