    My dog had a groomer appointment scheduled for 2/9/24 at Pawfection Pet salon. On Tuesday, February 6, I received an automated message asking me to confirm my appointment. I knew we were having bad weather, so I did not confirm my appointment in the event I was snowed in. On Friday, the owner text me at 9:46 asking me what time I was going to be there. I figured since I hadnt confirmed my appointment I was not going to be on the schedule. She then sent me an invoice for $150, claiming that was the no show fee for me. I believe she is over charging me because last month we made an agreement before my dogs groom that he would be done at 11:45am and I confirmed that was great because I needed to leave around that time since my daughter was getting an award at school (we live over an hour away from this groomer). At 11:45, when I came to pick up my dog I was told he wouldnt be done for another 45 mins to 1.5 hours. I told her I needed to take my dog, even though his groom wasnt finished, because I couldnt miss my daughters award. The two employees that I dealt with after that were extremely rude to me but I still paid the full price for the groom and even tipped.
