    Subject: Privacy Concern and Misrepresentation by Mission Control and ****** Pest Control Dear BBB Representative,I am submitting this complaint regarding a serious issue involving two pest control companies: Mission Control and ****** Pest Control.A representative from Mission Control recently visited my home to offer pest control services. Although I considered the offer, I ultimately chose not to sign a contract. About a week later, a representative from ****** Pest Controla company I have never interacted withvisited my home and spoke to my brother-in-law. During that conversation, they mentioned my full name, ********** *****, and falsely claimed I had signed a contract with them (****** Pest Control).I am alarmed that a company I never dealt with had access to my personal information and misrepresented my actions. This raises serious concerns about data privacy, potential business affiliation, and ********* conduct. I believe these two companies may be sharing or improperly handling personal information without consent.I am kindly requesting the BBB to look into this matter and help ensure that consumer information is protected and companies are held accountable for misinformation and potential privacy violations.Thank you for your time and assistance.Sincerely,********** *****

    Hello, thank you very much for bringing this to our attention! 
    We received a review from this person regarding this issue as well. We apologize for ************ experience, as it is always our intention to take great care of our clients and potential clients.
    Regarding ************ complaint - it should be noted that Joshua's Pest Control and Mission Pest Control are owned by the same person (***** ******). Our offices do have access to each others' databases. This is because we both want to ensure that our door-to-door salesmen are not knocking on Mission's customers' doors (we would not want to sign someone up on our services if they already are with one of the businesses). In this case, there was a mistake made by our Door-to-Door salesman that resulted on him knocking on this door in error. We have addressed this issue internally, as we want to ensure that something like this does not happen again! 

    Again, since we are under the same ownership as Mission, our systems are connected and we do have access to each other's customers. Please be aware that the access between the two companies is limited to few people and this instance was a human error by our salesman. We can assure you we take these complaints seriously and appreciate issues being brought to our attention!

    We sincerely understand and appreciate the consumers concerns. Please know that we have addressed this matter internally to ensure it does not happen again. For the consumers peace of mind, we are happy to completely remove their information from our system! Our goal is to resolve this issue to their satisfaction, and we welcome any additional feedback they may wish to share.
