    BLATANTLY RACIST AND PATIENT SAFETY IS NOT A PRIORITY!! (5/24/25 7:46 am, initial post) This medical facility is blatantly racist. They also have NOT made a public apology acknowledging their discriminatory actions towards the individual that they harmed. The harm they inflicted was intentional and only highlights the fact that black women are still and have historically been victims of racism in healthcare in the **. Printing labels for a patients lab is a simple task. Instead of printing the patients name, a staff member decided to call the patient a monkey and labeled their vial for collection with KING KONG. This patient is a ***** skinned woman. This is an obvious and deliberate macroaggression. Calling someone a monkey or King **** because their skin is ***** clear racism! This facility is avoiding responsibility by deleting reviews from this ****** page. They turned their comments off on their TikTok page. Ill be submitting reports elsewhere for this incident. You work for humans and you should treat them as such. Ill never understand why if you hate ***** skinned people so much then quit working in spaces they occupy. Having medical staff are racist is only going to result in the harm of patients. As we can clearly see here. You have an obligation and responsibility to a duty of care and to not intentionally harm patients. Your facility gives the entire medical field a bad look. There are great medical provider that have integrity and compassion. Your actions and choices have left an ugly blemish on the healthcare profession as a whole. Do better.
