  We did our small backyard with pavers. They explained everything, came on time and finished the job as per the contract. Very happy with them. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to install pavers and landscaping.

  I got a good referral for Install It Direct from a friend who did her landscaping through Install It Direct. 10 years after their landscaping work when my friend needed some repairs they came and did it without charging them. From the first sales person who walked into my home till the end of the project everyone involved from Install It Direct such as the project manager, formen and other crew members were down to earth and were very professional. I was amazed by the crew, how they walked on a thin strip of wood to load the dirt inside the truck. They cleaned the work area Everyday. The retaining wall with lights and the spot lights has enhanced the beauty of our hardscaping. Before the project was started I was told that there was no T junction installed by the builders, Install It Direct gave us a reputable plumber name and they came and did it, but we experienced a hurdle. The plumbing company came the next day and finished the work. In the process the plumber had to cut the dry wall. Install It Direct filled the hole and matched the color of the paint and painted. Install It Direct employees are very professional and are polite in dealing with us. I highly recommend Install It Direct to anyone who is looking for their hardscaping and landscaping.

  I couldn't have been more happy to get my landscaping work done, and that too so beautifully - huge thanks to Install it direct! I wanted a very simple easy to maintain side yard for which time an budget was a deciding factor as much as were the options I had for making it look beautiful and functional. ******* worked with me to help pick the best options and get the design nailed down. ******* and ******** took it from there and stayed in constant touch, worked patiently with me, and kept in touch till the work was done. They were always available to talk through any concerns or question I had. I got nice pavers, a retaining wall and a small patch of artificial turf which looks amazing. Work was done really fast and the crew was so hard working and I never saw them spend time on anything else while they were there. I would recommend INSTALL-IT-DIRECT to anyone who heartedly!!!

  This company was fantastic for my backyard project, extremely organized from start to finish. I worked with ***** right away, who led the design and provided various options while being considerate of our budget. He was transparent throughout, ensuring my wife and I felt no pressure. ***** stood out among others as our advocate, leading me to choose them confidently.When the project started, I met *****, our onsite lead; ****, the *******; and *******, the project manager. Initially, I doubted their two-week timeline, but they completed everything in just 8 days.***** was onsite daily at 8:00 AM with his team. He patiently answered my questions when the project manager was unavailable and always communicated clearly. He checked with me before discarding anything during demo, and his attention to detail showcased his pride in their work.Though I had limited interaction with ****, his role was clearly vital, as ******* and ***** communicated with him regularly, which I appreciated.Lastly, I cannot thank ******* enough. While ***** set the bar high, ******* exceeded it. He met with me almost every morning to discuss progress, patiently adapted to my change orders, and instilled confidence in both my wife and me. He promptly addressed concerns and established clear plans. I'm incredibly grateful for his dedication.Thank you to everyone at Install It Direct, and especially to the owner, for assembling such an exceptional team. The care and service we received reflect extraordinary talent and leadership.

  We had a portion of our backyard done last month and we highly recommend Install-It-Direct. **** and **** and crew were at work everyday, all day like clockwork and met with us often to be certain we were completely happy with their work. They accommodated small changes even when work started and we were able to reach them with questions almost anytime even in the evenings and weekends through texts or phone calls. This time they installed a large amount of artificial turf and a brick staircase to a lower area where we plan to install a large sitting area with a fire pit. We are also planning an outdoor kitchen. We will definitely hire Install-It-Direct for this next phase.

  We have them install paver, LED lights, fire pit 8 years ago and everything still looks amazing today. We had some LED light issue and the owner *** personally called and sent the project manager ****** to take care of it. Even though it was a small issue, their attention to details and customer service is top notch and appreciated. We will contact this company again for all our hardscape projects.
