I ordered online from the Original Cloud Slide website on June 11, 2023. I had ordered one pair of slides. I received confirmation of my purchase by email just after the order. Order #*****. The confirmation stated that my order was getting ready to be shipped as well as "we will notify you when it has been sent". I heard nothing further from the company. On June 28th, I sent an email inquiring as to where my order was and when should I expect to receive it? No response. Today, I checked my confirmation and clicked on the Track Order button. The order was delivered to my house at 6am today according to Shopify (although the shopify site never gave a delivery date). I never received the order and feel that I have been scammed. I notified my credit card company ***************** and am waiting for a refund and resolution of this issue.Initial Complaint

On June 16th, 2023 I placed an order for a item from The Original Cloud Slides. In total I paid $24.98 USD for the item plus shipping. According to the website, items typically ship within 3-5 business days and I should have received a notification upon shipment. After 4 business days I attempted to contact the business asking when my item will ship. I have sent several emails and have had no response from the business. After doing some research, I have since learned that The Original Cloud Slides is a false advertiser. They are advertised as being headquartered in *********, ** but they are clearly an overseas drop shipper. The website is mimicking ********************************************************** in order to trick customers into sales. I purchased my item for $27.03 on 6/22 and never received any shipping confirmation or response. After emailing and reaching out to the company several times, I was completely ignored and left wondering whether this purchase was a scam or not. It doesnt help with the matter that they seem to have a 50% off sale today only! Every single day. At this point I want to cancel my order and get a complete refund, but they conveniently dont allow refunds on products on sale. This overall business seems like a scam, and the complete lack of communication is incredibly disappointing. My order number is #***** and I have one pair of shoes purchased.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of slides on June 18th. My confirmation email said shipping would take 3-5 days. On June 22 I emailed the company stating I had not received a shipping email yet. No response. Then I followed up again on June 26 wanting someone to get back to me. Still no response, no shipping email and no product. June 8, 2023 Order# ***** Total amount $65.82 I sent 2 emails to customer support. I finally received a for, to complete with my information last week. I have not heard back and there is no tracking information on the shoes. The website does not mention a delay in shipping. I needed the shoes for June 23 weekend. The order still says processing. I placed an order on 6/12/23 and received a confirmation text that my order was received and would ship within 3 to 5 business days. When checking the status of my order it states my order is confirmed and I'll receive an email when it's ready. This status hasn't changed since I placed the order 6/12/23. I text for an update as the companies instructions state on 6/22/23 to ************ and received no response. I also text the number I received my confirmation text from ************ on 6/22/23 and received no response. I emailed *********************************** on 6/19/23 and received no response. I called the number listed on the BBB page ************ which is a recording that leads to a voicemail not a live person.Initial Complaint

This website is a complete scam. They are located in another country and the customer service is awful, not at all helpful and every response is scripted. I asked for a refund since my shoes have not arrived in the promised time frame and they refused. i paid them for a product and an agreement that they would arrive in a timely manner. They took my money, but didn't deliver on their end.
