    On 9/7 I searched for the *** 7th edition manual on ******. Thedomcheck showed up as a merchant on ****** when I clicked "shopping" and I selected them because it was a lower price that advertised "Free Shipping." (see picture). Nothing on the page indicated it was an ebook (see picture) You can even seen the shipping policy linked to (beneath the advertised book) doesn't make mention of ebooks. I had actually emailed them wondering where my book was and they said it was an ebook check your link. I said I didn't want an ebook and asked for a return, they responded all sales are final -- but they have a refund policy that doesn't state "all sales are final" nor does it mention ebooks at all. Misleading and predatory! They know exactly what they are doing leading people to believe they mail out actual books ("they ship to 48 states" the website says...)

    Purchased a book on 7/20/2024 and paid $14.90. On August 10, I emailed them asking for an update on the delivery and they never responded. I'd like my money back.

    I purchased a hard cover book from this company on August 4, 2024 and *** never received it. Ive emailed them 4 times with no response. I called the number on their website and it had a recording stating all customer service has to go through email. I looked up the address and it states the address is for rent. I cannot verify if that is true though.

    I purchased a book on May 24th, 2024 on website:*********************************************** All information on the website indicated purchase of a "physical book", including the term "Free Shipping". I was provided a downloadable product referred to as an "EBOOK". A physical book was purchased specifically for an elderly person not versed in the technology needed to utilize an "EBOOK". Efforts requesting a refund were ignore/refuted. responses are anonymous, with no names or information for further escalation.At the least, this would likely be misleading business practices, and at most, unlawful business practice.I would like to receive a refund for the unusable product provided.I thank you in advance for your efforts and assistance to obtain a refund from this merchant.Kind Regards,*************************

    In 2023, I ordered a book from them and never received it. When I contacted them they said they sent an e-book. I never bought an e-book but an actual book. They say on their website that it was a book. I never received the e-book link either. It's not about the money at this point, but the fact that they are scammers! The fact may be that they are scammers! I would at this time prefer the e-book link if nothing else and rate them poorly as a business for deception.*****************

    On 1/24/24 I ordered a book from this *** and never received it. When I contacted them they said they sent an e-book. I never bought an e-book but an actual book. They say on their website that it was a book. They won't send my book and won't issue a refund. It's not about the money at this point, but the fact that they are scammers! I want to return everyone's money that they have stolen.

    Date of transaction: 1/17/24 Total of transaction: $5.50 Purchase I made based on website: 1 book, to be shipped to me Received: nothing Nature of my dispute: When I contacted the site asking for a refund, they said to check again for an email with link to ebook. Never got one. There site's FAQ page states they do NOT sell ebooks, only books. I looked at multiple books and multiple places on their website and they do not disclose anywhere in any capacity that they sell ebooks. Now to get a refund, I need an order number from my email, which I NEVER received any sort of confirmation email from them. The company just keeps asking and reasking the same questions over and over and has never given me any hope of ever getting my money back.

    On May 24, 2023, I paid $13.50 online for a book from this "business". I got a receipt online and it was charged to my credit card. On June 5, 2023, I emailed them to see what the status of my order was. They replied telling me to click on the order status update in my original sales email. I clicked on that, but there is nothing listed under my account. However, I double checked and was charged the $13.50 on May 24, 2023. They have been unresponsive and their website offers no assistance.

    I belatedly read reviews from this seller on a different site that no one that has ordered their books have received them. It's apparently a scam and the seller and their site should be shut down and prosecuted. The clue is that there was no sales tax for the book I ordered - the seller says they're based in CA and so am I so I should have been taxed. No system for tracking orders. No accounts or way to confirm the order is process/pending/etc. Seller's email is a gmail - ************************************ again, a warning that was missed. Their number is listed as: ********** - no one answers. Apparently they send an illegal PDF copy of the book - which is not listed on their website. It's false advertising and fraud.
