I order and then they charged me twice for a membership I never agreed to. They said they would refund my money and were never able to complete the refund. They have sent repeat emails promising a refund and now have changed the email to state that they cannot complete the refund. Ordered jeans...9.95, shipping 4.95. Total chg was $14.90. but they debited my account for $24.68, Never received jeans. Placed an order. Was told shipping would be $4.95. The second the charge went through shipping charged was $15.95. And a random charge for $23.95 showed up to a random company I never heard of appeared. Tried to get a refund and of course links don't work and they say they don't give refunds so obviously a scam so I should have researched company first. Shutdown credit card and ordered new one. Will try a dispute through credit card for fraud. Probably will lose but can't take any more money. Do not buy from!Initial Complaint

I submitted an order on January 6th for a cargofit 2.0 cargo fit pant. It was listed as on sale for 9.95 and shipping and handling would be 4.95. The price agreed on was ***** yet I was charged *****. As soon as you submit the order they ask if you would like to add on an additional pants for 4.95, so I said yes. Originally thinking it would just add to the existing order. When I noticed a second charge for *****. I tried contacting them and was told that in their terms and conditions that by selecting an upsell it creates a new order with new shipping. None of this was disclosed! I could have dealt with it if it was 4.95 plus 4.95 for shipping but it was not. I tried contacting them for the discrepancies. The response I got 3 days later was that they would refund me the extra shipping charges as a "curtesy". Now on January 16th when checking my bank account they decided to randomly charge my account *****. I haven't ordered anything from them besides the 2 existing orders! I had to call my bank and file fraud charges and have my card canceled and have them send me a new one! Also I just looked back at the orders and the upsell item for 4.95? I purchased 2 items on 11/6/24 for a total of $39.94. I also paid for expedited shipping. I did not receive the package within the expedited shipping terms. It took 2 weeks to ship I did not receive the items advertised and have tried 6 times to reach out to customer service to find out how I can exchange them. Multiple times via email and 2 time through their website. No response to any of my emails. They were actually never opened as I had read receipts for these emails. In my final attempt I finally requested a refund which went unanswered and unopened a well.I cannot find a phone number anywhere for this company either.Initial Complaint

I was charged in US funds when that was not indicated on the website. I was charged shipping twice. When I noticed these errors I went to immediately cancel the order and found that they refuse to accept cancellations. The charges that came through on my **** are not even in the name of Peach'd - they are under two other business names that when you search them online come up as Fitness supplements and clothing. This company is clearly a scam. Even more, on top of all of this, I found out that they have signed me up for and charged me for a membership - without any consent from me. They ended up refunding for one shipping charge and the membership fee but not the right amounts (less). I have requested multiple times they cancel the order since the items have not been received or even shipped. They continue to refuse. I have since found a whole slew of reviews on this company that indicate the same issues by several others who never received their items.Initial Complaint

Today 10/25/2024 I came across a webpage online that had a sale going on. $9.95 for each pair of jeans. I went to check out with my total of $24.95 and up popped a screen that says add one more pair for $4.95. I was like sweet what a deal, as soon as I hit the size style I clicked add, my conformation screen popped up. No confirm amount nothing. I got ONE confirmation which I took a screenshot of and at the bottling it ALSO states they are BBB accredited which they clearly are NOT! I emailed them several times and she referred me to the terms of service and said my upsell triggered a separate order with an attached shipping charge! I didnt confirm that, I didnt even get a chance to. They are doing very deceitful business and attach BBB on it cause we think of it has that, it should be legit! Thats awful. They charged my card twice, for two amounts I did not even authorize or confirm. Theyve been in business too long and nothing has happened!
