    Horribly inaccurate sizing and unable to work with customers for solutions. All emails go to a bot that cannot answer questions asked in email.

    This brand is sketchy and their sizing is wholly inaccurate. I liked their rings so I incorrectly assumed I would like their clothing as well. I purchased 3 items of clothing all in the exact same size per the size chart, I even went up a size to be safe, and 2/3 items were too small. Per the rest of the complaints about this brand, I dont even know if its worth returning the clothes because I dont want store credit and theyre gonna charge an arm and a leg for shipping! The clothes are also lower quality than Id expect for a brand charging this much. My biggest complaint, though, is this brand REFUSING to disclose where their clothes are made. When I emailed them asking to tell me where their clothes are made, they replied Our clothing and accessories are manufactured in multiple locations worldwide. This global approach allows us to work with talented artisans and skilled manufacturers from different regions, bringing a rich variety of styles and high-quality products to our customers. Which means they use slave labor and are too embarrassed to disclose it. I thought for SURE the actual clothing would tell me where it is made, but nope, all it says is Designed in the ***. Lively Ghosts, your quality is lacking, your return policy is abysmal, and you trying to hide that you use slave labor is utterly embarrassing. There are way better goth clothing brands to do business with.

    They overcharge on shipping. You can only make returns using your phone, which can be difficult to print a return label and packing slip from. They have no phone number to talk to an actual person for resolution. You can only get store credit for your refund. They also deduct return shipping from your shipping label, which is a different amount than what they charged to ship it you. From a purchase of $51.05, I am getting a store credit of $26.83. Being able to only use store credit, I should be able to make a purchase around $10 in order to spend the refund they send me to keep from having to spend extra money. Would not recommend and will never do business with them again. Also, upon checking out, their site went straight to checkout instead of allowing me to have it send to a different address and add in the discount that they offered me. I was only able to obtain the return label on my phone, which is inconvenient for me as I do my business from my computer.

    So I paid $48 shipping (literally express pricing) for a dress that was $112. Days go by and I email them to ask of its been shipped and they basically go "oops". They ship it, the tracking doesn't update forever, I get blown off by customer service. The package arrives 2+ weeks later, and I get dinged with a $46 customs fee. I ask them to refund the shipping cost as they charge outrageous prices and cannot justify why. They have terribly slow and passive customer service and they do not care if you are unsatisfied with your order. Please spend your money elsewhere, there are way better and similar companies out there. Lively Ghosts made this an awful experience for me.

    I know the BBB is where people go to complain about business but, I can't say that about this brand! I've been following their shop since they started making coffin pin boards and I just personally love how they have grown. They ship all orders in 1-2 days (at least in my experience) and everything always arrives in this really gorgeous packaging. Their items are so pretty and I don't think they have even raised their prices since they started which is awesome!!! I am also on the larger side and I was so excited to see they offer clothing up to 5X, there aren't many brands out there (let alone spooky brands) that cater to sizes like me. Overall I love and will continue to support this brand!
