  I was very impressed with this moving company. The crew arrived right on time, packed everything carefully, and handled both heavy and fragile items with professionalism. They worked efficiently without wasting time and kept the process smooth and stress-free. All of my belongings arrived safely with no damage. Their pricing was clear and reasonable. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend their services to others.

  Awful experience. Do not use this company.They sent two movers one who didnt speak English, which made communication nearly impossible. I had already moved most of my belongings and only needed help with a few large pieces. I clearly instructed them to only wrap TVs and large furniture, but they ignored me and wasted time wrapping fabric chairs and other items that did not need to be wrapped, stretching out the process unnecessarily.When I told them not to move certain things, they pulled items out of my hands and said, We move whatever we want youre not our boss. One of them even threatened to cancel the job halfway through. I called their manager to try to get things under control, but they continued arguing and wasting time.The whole experience created unnecessary stress and completely disturbed the peace in my home. My husband and I ended up fighting because of how tense and disrespectful the situation became. I didnt want them to continue, but half my things were already loaded on their truck and the rest was sitting in the hallway. I had to move that day and had no time to find another ********** make it worse, they originally quoted us $400, but after intentionally dragging out the move and padding the time with pointless wrapping and delays, they charged us $1,100. They clearly do whatever they can to slow down the process and inflate the cost, while making the experience absolutely horrible.After I wrote this review, they called me and said they would not unload the truck with my belongings unless I removed it. I was forced to delete the review, wait for the job to be completed, and then repost it. Thats coercion plain and simple.Unprofessional. Disrespectful. Manipulative. Dishonest. Stay away.

  Do NOT Trust This Moving Company Stole My ******************* My Concerns I would give this company zero stars if I could. I had a horrible experience with them, and I strongly recommend you avoid them at all costs. The movers stole three of my pricey items during the move, and after multiple attempts to contact them, they have completely ignored my emails and concerns. Its appalling that a company entrusted with handling your belongings would have such little integrity and absolutely no customer service.Their lack of accountability is mind-blowing. Ive followed up with emails and phone calls, but not once have they made an effort to address my complaint, let alone offer any form of compensation or even an apology. They clearly do not care about their customers or their possessions.This was not just a minor mistake, it was outright theft, and their refusal to take responsibility is disgraceful. *** never experienced such poor customer service in my life, and frankly, this company should be out of business. Do yourself a favor and find another moving company. If you choose to work with them, youre taking a huge risk with your valuable items.I will never recommend this company to anyone, and I strongly suggest you avoid them to prevent the same frustration and loss Ive been experiencing.

  This is not a company Id have move anything for me ever again and my suggestion is to look somewhere else as well. This company does not post hours and it took them 5 hours to move my things from storage to their truck. This same evolution from the truck to inside my new home took 3 hours. The lack of supervision allows them to do what they want here. They make up whatever time they want when Im not around and charge me for moving things from storage to a truck with no time limit and no proof. This company does not wrap valuables unless in the kitchen and half my living room set was broken beyond repair. I had to replace half the things they moved. We are a military family and this was by far the worst move we have ever had, the most loss of items and the worst service for our shortest move. They say no hidden fees but they just hide hours to get their desired amount. They sat around when I wasnt around and did more busy work like sweep their truck then move things. They stood around waiting for their second truck, of course as I pay them to wait around while they do nothing as if starting was impossible with two people. The whole move was a nightmare, I wasnt given storage prices in writing and they just mark up prices after they have your things. They are not equipped to do big moves or whole house moves and their shady crew will go through your things. I asked them to put up the couches and beds upon arrival and that was all I needed. I had one bed put together only after I saw them chilling in the room. They said they were looking for the bed name so they could put this very simple bed they took apart a month ago. The bed name and company were laying next to him on a sticker and he seemed to know everything when I offered help on how to put it together. Seems he knew they whole time but it wasnt the best acting either. They do have hidden fees and no time limits while youre not around. This is shady! Go somewhere else!
