  Our refinance journey my wife and I had been fighting with Griffin Lending since October last year, 2024, to not have escrow due to the fact that I am a 100% disabled Veteran and am property tax exempt and my wife and I instructed Griffin lending that we would be making the home owner's insurance payment ourselves, hazard insurance as its listed on closing documents. In which we did and sent proof of payment.Also this information was also given to *****************************, I called customer service and sent an initial email to escsrow, because the escrow department does not have a phone number and, according to customer service representatives, refuses to answer phone calls which we have had the opportunity to experience by long wait times to only speak to an insurance department representative.The company is also holding all payments and refusing to direct them towards my monthly payments. My payment is being reported as 36 days behind. I have made my payments on time and the payments according to customer service are being held and not paid on **************** accord.I received an email 27 March confirming payment was allocated towards my loan balance. I also called on 2 Apr, speaking with a supervisor just to verify that the payment is correctly being processed towards the mortgage balance, in which I was told, again over a recorded phone call that it was directed towards my payment. My credit is now being effected due to the payment not correctly being processed.Bottom line is that we have been lied to over recorded phone calls by Griffin Funding and ***************************. We are being told that we are not allowed to pay our bills ourselves, and the escrow department will only answer emails not phone calls. The escrow department for *************************** also leaked customer information by sending us a different persons closing documents, a ******* ******* and ****** **** from ********.

  My journey with Griffin Funding was easy, quick, and seamless. I contacted Griffin via their online form. ***** reached out within hours and got a phone call scheduled. On our phone call we went over what was possible and then ***** followed up with an email covering everything we had talked about. After deciding what route we wanted to go, ****** and ***** reached out to get the proper documents, processed our loan, and even set up a mobile notary to come to our house to sign the closing paperwork. I never had to reach out multiple times to find answers, I never had to wonder where we were in the process, and I never had to question if Griffin was working in our favor or not. Making a big purchase or refinancing seems like a daunting task but ****** ******* and ***** made everything easy. I highly recommend them!

  I worked with Griffin Funding to purchase a new home and highly recommend the company. I am self-employed and securing financing for any project is typically a long and slow process. But the folks at Griffin Funding are different. They know what they are doing and prepared me from the beginning for every step in the process and made it simple, seamless, and transparent.

  I cant recommend ***, ***** and **** enough from this company as this was the most time sensitive loan that they made happen and worked out every hiccup and completed exactly when we needed. They worked longer hours then most and made sure we would get to the finish line. The knowledge and customer service was beyond. Highly recommend them to everyone.

  5 Stars - Exceptional Service!Griffin Funding truly stood out when others couldnt help. While other companies turned me away, they said yes and made the entire process seamless. Their team was not only professional but also highly efficient, moving quickly to get everything done.   I used Griffin Funding for a new purchase of our investment property in *** *******, *****. I gave 5-Star rating for the following outstanding employees of Griffin Funding for their outstanding efforts in order to fund our investment 3 days ahead of schedule and to close escrow 3 days ahead of schedule. Lisa ******** – Lisa deserved a 5-Star review for her outstanding efforts as a Loan Officer to get our loan documents completed correctly and in a timely manner in order to meet the escrow closing date. She went above and beyond her duties to assist the buyers. One day, she stayed really late after her duty hours working on our loan documents and patiently waiting for us to send her the rest of the required documents in order for our loan to be closed on time. Her selfless and exemplary efforts contributed to the 3 days early funding for our loan allowed escrow to be closed 3 days ahead of schedule. Colby ***** – I gave Colby Freer a 5-Star rating on this review because she is not only an outstanding senior loan officer, but she is also an effective loan strategist who listened to our investment needs and came up with the best course of actions for us to achieve our investment goals economically. Every time we thought our loan process hit a dead wall, she handled each and every situation calmly and professionally with her decisive actions that helped us to make our decisions easily with ease and comfort. Colby is also a talented leader who know how to delegate the works to her team members with great synchronization efforts in order to achieve funding for our loan 3 days ahead of schedule. Ashlee ******** - I gave Ashlee a 5-Star review for her outstanding efforts to get our loan documents completed correctly and in a timely manner in order to meet the escrow closing date.
